Easy to use and clean bread maker that makes quality loafs.
Never made bread before. I've had this 5 days now and made 8 loafs for family members and myself. Just follow the instructions in the booklet. So far been very happy with it once I figured out the user interface which isn't difficult but took a minute to get. Only complaint maybe, was no soda bread recipe in the booklet. So having to figure that out myself. Quiet, doesn't shake a lot at all. Bread looks and tastes great. Instructions are good. Easy to clean. The paddles come out easily. Now only time will tell how long it will last.

Very nice bream maker
We have tried several loafs, still trying to perfect a great loaf but it makes several sizes and types of bread well. very easy to use. cleanup is super easy. After the 4the needing cycle I suggest moving the doe and remove the mixing paddle so no big hole at the bottom. stretch the doe out after that so it rises into the whole pan better.

GREAT BREAD MACHINE
What a beautiful machine! I was very impressed with my unboxing. The quality seems great. I was impressed with the packaging and overall ease of setting up the machine. I did a clean of everything and it was very easy to wipe up. I’m very excited to try new recipes!!!

Great Loaves, Quiet Operation – Just Needs Better Instructions
Awesome product Reddit has great info on how to make awesome bread with it! This bread maker does a great job overall. The 3.3 lb capacity is perfect for larger families or meal prepping, and every loaf I’ve made has come out evenly baked with a nice crust. It runs quietly, kneads well, and the ceramic nonstick pan is easy to clean. No mess, no sticking. I also like the auto fruit and nut dispenser — it actually works when it’s supposed to. There are plenty of program options, from gluten-free to dough prep, and the touchscreen is simple enough to navigate once you get used to it. The only downside (and the reason I dropped a star) is the instruction manual — it’s not great. Vague measurements, poor formatting, and not a lot of troubleshooting help. Took some trial and error to figure out what worked best. That said, once you get the hang of it, this machine delivers. If they cleaned up the documentation, it’d be an easy 5-star. Solid buy.

Very Pleased, So Far
Didn’t know what to expect given the less than stellar reviews that I read about the product before buying it. But I am here to report that this is by far one of the best bread makers I have ever used. And I have used and tried many! I cannot speak to the many great specs and virtues of this machine in this space. After all, in the end it must do what it was intended to do, which is to make great bread. And this machine accomplishes that end with excellence. The size, the shape and quality of bread it makes is exactly what I wanted and have been searching for. My wife is taken in by its stainless steel beauty, which fits with our kitchen’s decor, and has decided to put it up on her counter rather than hide it in the cabinets beneath. I could care less about the recipes included, but they gave me a starting point to appreciate the machine’s capabilities and boundaries. Now I am able to customize to suit my own recipes and tastes. Is it easier to use? Well, it wasn’t to me in the beginning, because I jumped right in to use without consulting the manual. As a result, I messed up several times until I finally decided to follow the manual step by step. Then, it all came together, once I figured out how it worked. So, yes, it is not intuitive to use but given what it does and can do, I could understand why I should have started with the manual. If you are worried about the few negative reviews, then I am here to assure you that, for the money, this bread maker is one of the best you can buy.

I Do Not Recommend This Machine. Junk.
I am really disappointed in this machine. First of all, there is a huge dent in the lower side, corner and front panel on the left side. It was a known issue in the factory, but they sent it out to unwitting customers anyway. Boxes and packaging was not damaged, so I was really upset that I purchased a brand new machine that arrived in such poor condition. And of course, I hadn't opened the box until the short window for returns of damaged goods was over (only 30 days!) So, I'm stuck with this clunker. Besides the damage to the outside, there are other issues that make this a really bad purchase. The nut/fruit "automatic" dispenser doesn't work well at all. Sure, it dispenses the additions in the last mixing stage, but the dough does not mix the seeds/nuts/fruit in , everything falls to the bottom and sides of the pan. You actually need to pause the mixing process (my pause button does not work) and mix it in by hand, then put it back in the machine and resume the process. and the dang "buttons" are not intuitive at all. I have to keep looking at the instruction book to know what the "buttons" are for, because there is no text to tell you, only a stupid symbol that has nothing to do with the bread making process. For instance, instead of placing the words "Crust Color", "Loaf Size", "Type of Bread", there is no text at all next to the button. Sigh, I really miss my early 90's Hamilton Beach Bread Machine. I wore it out, but wanted the long loaf size, not a square loaf shape and there is not many machines out there that have that. In addition to the above issues, the outside of the machine gets VERY HOT!! The bread pan is really hard to press down into the machine, and really hard to get out. It shouldn't be that hard. I made the 3 different sizes, and if you don't make the largest loaf size, you don't get a nicely shaped loaf. The smaller loaf size doesn't fill the bread pan, so you get sort of an egg shaped loaf, larger at on end and tapering down, only about 2/3 of the pan had the loaf touching the sides. The medium sized loaf will rise to fill the pan, but the top isn't very smooth. So, I'd recommend that if you want to use this machine, you'll need to remove the dough when it beeps after the last mixing stage, shape it into an actual loaf shape, then put it back in the machine to rise and bake. If mixing in nuts, seeds or fruit, I'd suggest mixing it in by hand instead of letting the machine make a mess out of it, or put it in the dough at the beginning with all of your other ingredients. The bread tastes good, I made a basic white, a whole wheat with nuts and seeds, and a white bread with Asiago Cheese and Roasted Garlic. All yummy, but ugly loaves except for the basic white bread.

Bread pan does not stay in during kneading process, pops up. Pausing. Is not good
For some reason, the pan always pops up and unseats during kneading cycle. It does one of the better baking job, very even. Great bread but it’s aggravating. It seems to pop in, but almost every bake it dislodges multiple times. Finding the pausing doesn’t work as advertised either. Thank you
