A mixture of garlic and moringa. Garlic amount small but it works.

Black garlic is supposed to be a good supplement for cardiovascular and brain health as well as for the immune system. You get 60 capsules in a resealable plastic pouch and I like the addition of Moringa and Vit D making it a synergetic blend. I found the capsules easy to swallow and I didn’t get any unpleasant aftertaste. The packet provides a 1-2 months supply depending on dosage.
