They are so light and comfortable. No pinching at the waist. They actually come up high enough to not slip down under jeans and tights. They are thin, but nice and warm. They are moisture wicking but don’t get smelly like cotton thermals do. I highly recommend buying 2 pair of these vs 4-6 pair of traditional cotton thermals. You won’t be disappointed. The free socks are very toasty, super comfy, and have just slight compression in all the right places.

I got these on Black Friday sale (such a great deal). They glided on like warm butter.They are so soft and warm; not itchy at all. A bit breezy if wearing them by themselves outdoors and it's windy, but fine for around the house.Like someone else mentioned, they don't stay tight; they develop a bit of slouch/sag, but I don't mind that.They came with a pair of socks, which is a nice freebie. They are warm and comfy, even though they're not 100% wool, which would be preferable.I've had these about a week now and have worn them several times. I plan to hand-wash and hang dry, as these were too expensive to ruin. So far, I love them, and would highly recommend!

I bought these hoping to find a base layer that was just as warm as the SmartWool base layers that I have. These definitely fit the bill. They don't fit quite as nicely as SmartWool; they don't look nearly as tailored at the top and the bottoms are a little loose. Otherwise, they fit well, stay where they're supposed to during physical activities (like skiing or MTB), and are just as warm as more expensive brands.My only complaint is that because of their slightly untailored cut, I wouldn't wear them as standalone tights (rather unflattering)...otherwise, they're great!Also, as far as fit, my thighs are 26" in circumference and I have a 42" hip...these stretch to fit that just fine.

I ordered the midweight blue denim bottoms. Super soft, extremely comfortable, not itchy at all. The socks however are a bit itchy, but will be fine to sleep in on cold nights when my feet are like ice cubes. Definitely a thumbs up-great value price.

Perfect for rainy Iceland in June. Mist rolls off. Warm, comfy and flattering. Not too tight/soft. Snags on Velcro might not last long.

First of all, I want to say that these leggings are extremely soft for being 100% wool, and do seem to be fairly well-made for the cheap price, I say cheap in comparison to other brands. However, $60 for a pair of leggings is not exactly cheap, even if you’re getting them only because they are wool. Anyway, I think it’s extremely generous that they give you a pair of socks, in each order, and, like I said, they seem to be well-made, and I so much appreciate the fun colors, when it’s very difficult to find bright colors in women’s Thermal wear. That is the only reason I purchased these, because I didn’t want black or gray. All that being said, I’m really sad that I won’t be able to keep these, as they seem to be made for either a man with no butt, or a very specific body type of woman, that is not curvy. I’m not sure if you can see where my belly button is in my mirror because the mirror is antiqued, but let’s just say this base layer is so low rise that it might even make Britney Spears blush. I’m not even going to show you the back, as I am pretty sure my butt crack is showing. The only way I could get these to cover, the areas that need to be covered, was to pull them up to the point that I had an extremely uncomfortable wedgy. I did notice that a lot of the photos of these garments do have them pulled up very high to the point that the poor woman has a camel toe or wedgy. Anyway, these are super great leggings for camping, but if you plan to be bending over at all, they are not going to be comfortable if you have any amount of butt or hips. I even sized up just in case that was the problem, and it didn’t help, the pants just got wider, not taller. In the photo, I am wearing a XL. It almost feels like the front and the back are cut out exactly the same, there’s absolutely no difference when I hold them up, and when I put them on the first time, I thought I had put them on backwards because they felt so odd, not having a place for my butt, and being a little bit baggy in the front. I’m super bummed, I wish I had the right body type for these.

I wore these under some lightweight travel pants to warmth on a 45° day. They even helped keep the rain off while hiking.they are so soft and light for wool.

I have very sensitive skin and these are light and not itchy. They're very thin but surprisingly warm enough for sleeping in a tent. Would be perfect under ski pants

Leggings macht wertigen Eindruck. Hoch genug geschnitten. Passt perfekt bei 1.80m und 80kg. Farbe wie abgebildet. Wird getragen zu Thermorock und Stiefeln. Für diese Jahreszeit ist die 250er Variante genau richtig. Mal gespannt, ob die Langlebigkeit hält, was der erste Eindruck verspricht.

D'autres avis ont été très utiles dans le choix de ces leggings. Je voulais des leggings épais en mérinos par-dessus mes leggings techniques en laine mérinos pour les conditions de ski par temps très froid. Je prends normalement des jeans de taille 8 à 10, j'ai donc décidé de prendre une taille moyenne afin qu'ils se superposent confortablement et ne soient pas trop ajustés.Ils se sont révélés parfaits pour ce travail.En tant que couche de base, ils seraient un peu amples et courts pour moi.Ils sont adorables, doux et chauds. Très satisfait.Et les chausettes sont aussi super!

I bought a red set of these but needed to return them as they were far too big. (I'm a size 16 to 18 and ordered XL), so returned them, and purchased black leggings, 320 weight, in medium. M. These fit fine. The are warm, not itchy at all, well made with flat seams. So far pleased with my purchase.If they hold up to washing I will buy another pair.
