Hello, dear customer, you can use sublimation ink printer, but the disadvantages are: If you use a sublimation printer, sublimation ink, the pattern you print cannot be printed with white ink, the pattern has no white ink, and the DTF hot melt adhesive powder cannot stick to the pattern well, which will cause the pattern to be unstable and not resistant to scratches, not washable, cracking phenomenon. We recommend you to use DTF printer, DTF ink, DTF hot melt adhesive powder and our DTF transfer film together. DTF transfer film has good ink absorption for DTF ink, and DTF hot melt adhesive powder can make the designed pattern scratch-resistant, wash-resistant, and store for a longer time. Q: Can you put this on a denim jacket?

You can use a DTF printer and print an image on the paper then iron onto a denim jacket OR you can use the sublimation hack where you print an image using your sublimation printer and coat it in dtf powder and melt the powder before pressing on a jacket but you would need dtf powder to make it work.
