Update your Spektrum AS3X receiver to the latest firmware.
I used this to successfully reset and update my Spektrum AR637TA receiver that was taken out of an e-flite Conscendo to the latest AS3X+ firmware.

Accurate description honesty
Be careful when ordering this product as the picture depicts the AS3X updated version.Item product states TXRX programming cable which indeed it is but the older version has TXRX on the label and that is what I received see picture below
