i've been taking this hair vitamin for a couple of months now. i've noticed a difference in the quality of my hair (ie, shine and strength) but not so much as far as my shedding. overall i'm pleased and would recommend it as long as you don't smell the vitamins ... the scent isn't forgiving!

**UPDATE** 10-28-2020- I have finally been taking these pills for 2 months and have added a growth results picture. My hair does not grow this much under normal circumstances, not even when I'm consistently taking biotin pills. These pills really do work! My hair is also thicker than it has been in decades! I am so excited to grow my hair out again! The before was taken only 4 days before I started taking the pills and the after was taken 2 days after I started my new bottle.I am blown away impressed with these pills! I cannot say enough good things about them! I have only been taking them for about 3 weeks now and my hair has seriously grown almost an inch! I'm not even exaggerating. I got my first bottle free, but I am definitely going to keep buying these pills. I have thin, fine hair and I can see a lot of new growth coming in too, which makes me very excited. They do smell and taste awful, but that's vitamins for you.

My hair has always been thin. But my 5th pregnancy (which made for 6 babies total) really did a number on me, including my hair. I started being able to pull out handfuls throughout the day. So I'm willing to try Anything to atleast help stop, if not reverse, my hair loss. This supplement, at 1 per day, is a two month supply. Which is awesome, because it takes atleast that long (but almost always longer) to start seeing any results. I will surely 100% without a doubt reorder this when I run out. I'd like to do 6 months straight and evaluate my results at the end of that period to see if I'll continue on with this. All my eggs are in this basket, I have my fingers and toes crossed that this one does the trick for me because I can't afford to lose anymore stands of my hair.

Warning: contains Saw palmetto might decrease the effects of estrogen in the body. Taking saw palmetto along with birth control pills might decrease the effectiveness of birth control pillsOtherwise, safe; mostly consists of B vitamins, which are good for hair growth, especially Biotin. The good thing about B vitamins is if you consume too much, your body will just excrete (through urine) the portion of the vitamin intake that is not needed.Not great smell, but you can just close your nose and take it. Luckily, it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth.Unable to comment quite yet on the effectiveness of this supplement. Supplements like this take time to work.

I had over process my hair and managed to stop it from growing. I have tried cutting off the damage and deep condition packs but nothing worked. This time I looked into some vitamins to Aid the growth and stop the damage. It tastes awful but something you have to withstand to get a beautiful looking hair again. I can see a difference in length automatically. Thank you it's saved my life!

I have been using these every day for a month now and my hair has definitely grown more than it normally does. I have tried biotin vitamins on their own and have never really noticed a difference. Some other reviewers have said that they couldn't stand the smell but it honestly isn't bad at all. I take multiple vitamins and these are just about the same as any other kind. I bleach my hair monthly and normally have really bad breakage; I don't seem to have as much with these. Looking forward to see how much more my hair will change with time.

These do work as they should, but I have issues with the pills, themselves.They are quite large and difficult to swallow. They also are pills, not capsules, so they don't have much of a coating. This causes them to give off a terrible taste in my mouth. That combination makes it very undesirable to take these. I also found that when taken before I eat, they gave me an upset stomach. I prefer supplements in capsule form because of these issues.If you don't have a, problem with swallowing large pills, then these should be ok for you.
