This was a present for my son who was learning martial arts at the time. It was great value, a really good price and very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this durable punchbag.

Having no room in my home, I ordered this to go outside. The product does state it is suitable for external use and it does come with a cover (see picture).Some debate does exist on filling the base. I ordered 2x 25KG bags of play sand, and I suspect the base could probably take a third bag. The product does come with a small funnel to aid filling, but in my case the sand was slightly damp - so that was useless. Ended up just using a trowel/my hands, and it took ages. When both bags went in, I noted it was not full - so added water to the top. I can say, it should not move much now!!!NOTE: when filling, I put the bolts (to secure the top) in the holes to stop sand going in them. Just a suggestion...The bag does come with a small spanner to secure the bolts, but in all honesty, this is fairly useless. If you have a socket set/decent spanner, just use your own (14mm)! It also came with suction cup feet for the base if using indoors, a skipping rope (cheapest skiing rope on the planet) plus some straps.I'm 6ft, and have a fairly strong/hard punch. Even with all the sand I filled plus water, the unit does move slightly when hit hard. But considering the amount I put in the base, I would imagine any would. The "1" target is good for face/nose aim at my height.All in all - I feel this is a very good buy for the money and would recommend.

I have had this item 16mths and it is used almost daily. It is kept indoors, covered when used and looked after! 3 days ago when being used there was a huge crack and when the collar was removed it revealed a crack right across the steel welding!! This has rendered a £170 item completely unusable! Despite claiming to be heavy duty, suitable for frequent use and costing a fair bit, it is indeed not! I could have purchased cheaper ones but my Son is big grade martial artist and needed a decent item like he has in his dojo. I contacted the seller 27th Jan with pictures and to date haven’t had a response, 3 days later. I have now contacted Amazon customer service who have contacted them on my behalf and if not resolved within 2 days, I can make a claim with them. It appears this is not an isolated incident and over time that items do not hold up to the standard they claim. Buyer beware

Quick delivery, comes in 2 boxes but both came at the same time. Easy to assemble. I needed a 12mm socket as the spanner supplied strangely was too big for the bolts to secure the bag to the base. The spanner can be used to tighten up the other bolts that hold the springs which I recommend doing before you secure the bag to the base. I filled the base with two 22.5kg bags of play sand I got from B&Q. I'd heard that play sand was cleaner and didn't stain. The base is solid enough but I may go back and get 3rd bag as it will easily fit inside. You can fill it with water too but I can't comment on that as I went straight in with sand. Using the bag is good. I have it on carpet so didn't use the suckers. It does slide about a bit, even when not going at it that hard but maybe a 3rd bag of sand will weigh it down enough. It'll take kicks and punches and will rock back into place. The bag is really quite firm which maybe a good thing and I would recommend hand protection. I haven't really come across any negatives yet; it does the job for a home freestanding punch bag and I'm happy with my purchase and the price is very reasonable for the quality. In fact I would say, from experience, it is better than some almost twice this price. It says it comes with an outside cover which mine did not but a quick message to the seller and they had one in the post to me quickly.If you're looking for a punchbag to do a good workout and are on a budget then you can't go far wrong.

As someone who suffers from conditions which leave me house bound I find it hard getting to the gym and miss bag work, also needed something to take the edge off the stress, absolutely spot on purchase this fantastic quality sturdy and tuff.I ordered 3 x 25kg bags of sand (which arrived damp ) yet nevertheless I just cut a triangular shape from the cardboard making the funnel end as wide as the hole and I was away.One down side while filling the funnel included is not adequate at all needs to be wider at bottom to allow sand to flow.Now I way 101 kg so needed a hood solid tough bag, and boy does this hold up, right amount of rock right amount of sway, the striking surface is very durable ( mits must be worn).And another cool feature is the low kick padding which covers the spring as I have an inquisitive 5 year old I was concerned looking at other bags in this price range , about her getting her fingers caught in the springs when daddy isn’t looking , yet that ain’t a worry now.All in all I’m overly pleased with this purchase, best thing I brought for myself in past 5 years can’t lie life changing, took me a total of 2hrs to fill and assemble due to damp sand well worth it though, done 45 mins workout on it , it’s exactly weighted right absorbs heavy hits with ease.It’s a beautifully crafted bag 6 stars even though they only permit 5.

I received the actual bag first without anything else, two-three days after I received the base just to notice that I'm missing the jointer between, still.I contacted them right after to send the missing item, no answer, no missing item.That was one week ago, and no updates.Is annoying because the bag looks good and sturdy, but the delivery/customer assistance is just bad.Hard to give it any stars with them problems.

I like the look of it easy to put together but still moves a little bit when punching after putting 5 bags of Kiln sand in it and topping up with water it keeps you on your feet it like a moving target lol

Fantastico! È arrivato prima del tempo, per fortuna, visto che siamo chiusi in casa da un mese per via del decreto Corona virus.Semplice da montare. Ho riempito la base con l'acqua (impossibile al momento trovare la sabbia) e cmq penso sia più comodo da vuotare nel caso. Il sacco è più alto rispetto ai classici utilizzati in palestra, questo perché non è regolabile in altezza ed è meno largo. È abbastanza stabile e resistente. Da montare è molto semplice: e presa te un kit di ventose da avvitare sotto la base/setbatoio e un kit di viti con cui fissare il sacco alla base. Mi alleno da una settimana e funziona benissimo.Superconsigliato

Il prodotto è arrivato in ottime condizioni. Il sacco è sufficientemente duro e non viene buttato giù neanche dai colpi più pesanti. Il rivestimento è eccellente e non soffre la permanenza in un balcone, purché coperto con un telo in caso di pioggia. Le ventose della base aderiscono molto bene su praticamente ogni superficie e non si sono presentati danni anche dopo un utilizzo giornaliero per un notevole periodo di tempo.Un buon prodotto.

Bello, ottimo materiale, non ho riempito la base poiché si tiene molto bene grazie alle ventose che aderiscono bene al pavimento.

Il prodotto risponde alle caratteristiche descritte, base super stabile.Do 3 stelle perché è arrivato in 2 volte senza che nessuno lo comunicasse.Prima ti consegnano solo la base poi dopo un paio di giorni arriva anche il sacco, il tutto senza comunicazione sulla data di consegna (il tutto è arrivato 1 settimana prima del previsto senza preavviso) e in più il venditore non ha risposto alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti dopo l' arrivo della prima metà del prodotto.

Regolare, alto, resistente, 5 mesi all'esterno e ancora in ottime condizioni...
