Love! Love! Love! This is definitely a need for those of you who meal prep and travel. I absolutely have nothing bad to say about it. It has allowed me to heat food while taking long drives and when I can’t find a microwave at a gas station.

It does what it's meant to. Convenient that it comes with a little compartment that houses a fork and spoon that comes with the product, though the drawer can be tricky to close. My main negative is the stiff car cord and plug flap that doesn't stay closed. The car wire has already cracked in several places because the cord material is very stiff and does not allow bending much, and cracks easily when you try to bend it to store it. The wire doesn't feel safe to use anymore. I will need a replacement or i might have to try a different product if there are no replacement car cords.

I bought this back in November 2024 and have used it consistently and have love it to bring that home cooking to my meal. Works great for everything including soups. The one improvement I would like is the bag pouch does not have a snap to keep the items from falling out. I added a velcro strap and stapled to the inside and it solved the problem. Be nice if this is an improvement to the bag in the future.

I have had this lunchbox for less than two months and it already broken, the rubber stretched all over and its not heating up. Would not recommend to buy this item and it does not have any guarantee either

I’ve been using this product for close to a year now, as a local truck driver it’s very convenient and affordable. Product does exactly what it says usually taking about 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to fully warm meal depending on what you warming. Size of the bowl is what made me decide on this product, very satisfied with the amount of food that fits.Only downside to this is the build quality for me the tray that holds fork/spoon is very loose and slides out sometimes. The lid doesn’t close properly like it did when it was shipped. After first use I couldn’t get lid to close flush but food does still warm, not sure if it affects efficiency.Great product otherwise
