Pirate: Magnetic Poetry Kit

There are what I think are some great pirate words and enough small words to combine them. It was also nice to see "arrr" and not "arrrgh" for pirate speak. This kit also will go great with other kits. My kids have loved magnetic poetry for years. Several sets have decorated my fridge for decades. this set I bought as a gift for my grown(just graduated University) daughter. she is a fan of Renaissance Festivals and the pirate shows there. Pirate has become a favorite theme for her. This product is ingenious mix of two of her favorite things and she squealed with delight at Christmas when she got this set - so this product is a win for me and for her! She has it on her fridge now!

So as a big pirate nut this is great! I have it on my metal front door to my apartment. It is especially hysterical because I also own The Box of Smut & The Box of Obscenities. When my friends come over they make all sorts of wordplay and a lot of things that I can't even say on this forum because it would have to be censored.

We currently have 2 sets of magnetic poetry - one is the Nature version and then this Pirate version. The Pirate version gets *so much* interaction! Every time we have a house party or guests over, we see new poetry created. It's the most fun and engaging magnetic poetry set we've ever owned.

I bought these with the sexual innuendo kit because I think it's pretty clear they're the obvious match. It's a great set - I feel it does justice to cheesy pirate impressionists everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Using this in our AirBnB and really getting a kick out of what people come up with!

Magnetic poetry is great fun in a high school classroom. My students like to create "poetry" before or after class. Just be sure to check your set and get rid of any inappropriate words before you put them out.
