Impressive functionality and features
Great gift from my husband. It was relatively easy to assemble together. The lid was the only part that was a little tricky for us. Pretty cool that it opens and closes on its own based on the temperature inside of the box. We thought that was a pretty cool feature. Also, structure as a whole is very durable and sturdy.

Very nice, but the instructions for the temperature gauge were difficult to follow
Really nice quality! The instructions provided for the call box were very clear and easy to follow. However, the temperature gauge was apparently made in another country, and the instructions were translated to English, and not very well. Those instructions were impossible to follow.

Perfect Garden Purchase!
One of my very best garden purchases. This box is made so well and the hardware is robust. The heat triggered venting mechanism is pure magic. After a season exposed to the elements, I plan to add a coat of protective oil to the exterior as a preventative measure. Now, I want a second one!

Disappointed with Quality
I was excited to use this garden bed, but unfortunately, the materials did not hold up. It started to rust after a short time, even though it was kept outdoors as intended. The metal seems not very durable. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re looking for something long-lasting.

Did something a little different.
Nice raised garden bed. I ended up attaching the two bottom angle iron peices to the frame instead of the bottom two boards. It didn't make any sense to have all the load bearing weight on the two bottom boards in the two bottom holes.

Wow, that was easy!
We absolutely love our Backyard Discovery cold frame greenhouse box. The written instructions are simple to follow (3D instructions can also be viewed from scanning the QR code).Tip- leave plastic covers on items until ready to use. The part numbers are printed on the plastic covers.As a beginner, I am excited to grow vegetables and seeds earlier in the season to help our garden flourish. Backyard Discovery designs are well made and attractive. We decided to buy matching planters for our patio.
