If these somehow get wet, they dry quickly - Unlike cotton. The waistband is "just the right width" to provide the perfect level of comfort. I once wore a pair of these with a pair of synthetic hiking shorts and a stay-dry tee shirt at a water park. I took a ride down a water slide, and after walking in the sun for about a half hour, you'd never know I had ever gotten wet. For traveling, this are unbeatable. Hand wash them in a sink at night, wring them out, and hang on a doorknob for about two hours. They're ready to go again. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I can't say enough good things about these. If you get a pair, you'll probably order six more. I know, because I did. They typically last about 2-3 years. Well worth the price! I find it best not to put them in the dryer - use a very low heat if you do.

I got these for travel when we do hand laundry every day or 2, so we don't have to lug around as much luggage. They ar light weight enough to dry over night every time. After hand washing, I wring them out as much as possible, the lay them on a towel and roll it up and gry to press out as much more water as possible. They are always dry in less than 10 hours for us. And, they take up half the space of his tidy-whities. No problem with shrinkage. Elastic is strong. He thinks they are comfortable.

I use this brand for many years. I like it because it dries overnight and it is very comfortable. I hand wash it every night when I travel and I wring the water out hard. After a year or two, the waist band lost its elasticity and the underwear became loose around my waist. I somehow even scratched it when theoretically nothing abrasive came near it. I am trying a different quick dry blend material ( 91 % polyester and 9 % spandex ) from company starting with A and I want to see if it dries as quickly because Exofficio is expensive and costs more than twice as much as the brand from company starting with A .

Great traveling briefs ! Easy to wash and they are dry the next morning!

I happened on these briefs about 5 years ago and loved them. I ditched all of my standard cotton and went with these because of the lightweight fabric, support and comfort. Its been a while and I needed to update so I went to order the same - I was shocked that they were now $25 per pair. I backed off and gave it some thought. Next day I logged back in and there was a 'flash sale' of some sort where the price was lowered to $16 per pair. I caved and bought 8 pair. When they arrived I unpacked and could feel the difference in the fabric which is now even lighter weight and more sheer. The next day I put them on and the quality is NOT NEARLY what it was on the original version. The waist band is looser and feels like it might not last long, the fabric feels good but it does not hug you as well and offer support light the originals. I feel like these will be less reliable and durable and even at $16, it feels like I really over paid. Wish I'd known before I cut the tags off of all of them.

Great fit and lightweight material. I wish they were not so expensive, but I can’t find anything better.

Comfortable fit. Quick dry fabric makes drying them easy. Nice colour.
