I've written a lot of reviews over the years, but this one is special because it's about someone who truly deserves to be recognized. I want to start by giving a huge thank you to Cindy at Aromadd. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Cindy reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about helping customers. It all started when I walked into a jewelry store at the mall. The fragrance in the store smelled absolutely incredible. I asked the owner what scent they were using, but the bottle didn't have a label, and the diffuser had been given to him as a gift. There was no way to identify it. I became determined to find that fragrance. I went back to the store multiple times, trying to pick out the fragrance notes just by smelling it. I even asked if the owner could look through his purchase history, but unfortunately there was nothing to find. So I started buying fragrance after fragrance, hoping I'd eventually stumble across the right one. After several purchases, I was still empty handed. Then I had an idea. I reached out to Aromadd and asked if there was any chance they could put together a sample pack of fragrances I hadn't tried yet. I knew it was a long shot, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. That's when Cindy stepped in. She responded to my email and immediately offered to help. Not only did she take the time to understand what I was looking for, but she also sent me a complimentary four pack of fragrance samples. Even though none of them turned out to be the exact mystery scent, I discovered two new fragrances that I absolutely love. What impressed me the most was that Cindy didn't stop there. She followed up with me after I received the samples and continued brainstorming ways we could identify the fragrance I was searching for. That's not just customer service. That's someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. If Cindy is a reflection of Aromadd as a company, then they have earned my respect and my business. I also have to mention how much I love my Aromadd diffuser. It comes with both a remote control and an easy to use app, making it incredibly convenient. The fragrance oils are highly concentrated, so just a small amount fills the room and lasts a long time. The quality of both the diffuser and the oils has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Aromadd to anyone looking for a premium home fragrance system backed by outstanding customer service. And Cindy, if you happen to read this, thank you. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. If you ever speak with Cindy, tell her Ecca sent you. She'll probably remember the guy searching for that one mystery fragrance.

I recieved this, set it all up and the fragrance was wonderful. My favorite waterless oil worked great. But the machine stopped working in less than 12 hours. Won’t turn on, won’t respond to the app or the remote. Very frustrating.

update: the company reached out to me and sent a replacement. They further made quite clear that they will support their product during the warranty period. if you have gotten involved with one of the subscription aroma companies- ditch them, buy this and enjoy new dimension in home luxury. unlike many other brands this unit connects via bluetooth to their app and then you can regulate how often and for how long the scent is dispersed. I have mine set where it’s low during the day when no one is home, to about an hour before we typically get home and it increases the dispersion of aroma til after we go to bed when I put it back in a conservation mode. not only does our home smell great, we are not burning through aroma oil that we wouldn’t be here to enjoy. btw on saturday and sunday when we are are home more, the unit is programmed to disperse all day. the programable control, app interface, and large aroma resovior are all huge positives. I don’t know why the first unit stopped, but it really doesn’t matter when the company makes goes out of its way to provide customer satisfaction. original review: it worked great, until I realized one day after the return window closed that there was no smell in the house. there is still liquid in the bottle…but no smell in the air! I love the idea of an aroma diffuser, but am super disappointed by the equipment!

I purchased this item a year ago. It has the power to push the scent through my 3bdrm and the outside hallway. Set up is easy. Customer service good they responded fast a year later and sent a replacement to a broken part with no problem. Would definetly recommend if you want your space to smell like a luxury hotel

***UPDATE*** I ended up needing a replacement. That part was easy! The diffuser itself is fantastic. Everything I said in my previous review still holds. It has a strong scent output, runs quietly, and looks so nice in my room. The remote functions without any issues. However, despite the product description and manual of this one referencing Bluetooth and app control, my unit cannot be paired with the app at all. There is no reset pinhole, and there is no way to put it in pairing mode. After troubleshooting, it appears that some units ship with remote-only firmware, even though the app is advertised. If you are buying this expecting app or WiFi control, be aware that you may not receive a unit that supports it. If you are fine with using the remote only, it performs well. I am keeping it because (I really don't have a desire to go through the return process), but the listing should be clearer about this limitation. I really love this! I’ve had it for a while, and it is wonderful! I have a Frenchie, but no one ever knows he’s in the house because my house never smells like a dog lives here. It is very easy to use, and the app makes adjusting the settings simple. It looks good with my decor and is not intrusive. It has lasted longer than anything else I’ve tried! I highly recommend!

I had an issue with the noise level at first, but the customer service team responded quickly and professionally. They’re already sending me a newer model to test, which I really appreciate. The design is sleek and the scent coverage was excellent—even in large spaces. I’m hopeful the updated version solves the sound issue. Full five stars for their support and how they handled everything. I’ll update again after testing the new unit.
