Great inside pipe cutter for seamless cuts
Excellent tool. Wish it can cut 1in depth also. But great accuracy and ease in cutting. Totally worth it.

Worked great!
I was hesitant about this at first, but I can't state enough how well it worked! I could not have done the plumbing job I had moving a drain under a subfloor without this tool! It was worth every penny and worked very well. Just measure what length of pipe needs to be cut, set the depth guide, insert it into the pipe and used a drill to turn is slowly. It cut the pipe perfectly! Probably won't use it very often, but highly recommended for places you can't get cutters into!

Works, sort of…
Does the job, but does not provide precision cut-off. Not “the end of the world” if you’re handy.

Just what we needed.
Worked just as the pictures and videos show. Exactly what we needed. Would recommend to anyone.

difficult to use.
This did not work for my application. The knife was pretty stiff and required many revolutions in the drill to cut the pipe. It is a cool design just not for me.

Works like a charm
Remodeling master bath and existing shower drain was too tall. This kept my husband from having to belly crawl the length of the house in the creepy crawl space.

Great pipe cut off tool
This product worked great for me for cutting off a 2 inch shower drain. You have to push the blade in before you can slide it in to the pipe. With a battery powered drill it only takes a few seconds before you get a clean cut.

Worked Well
I recently used this product for a DIY project to cut a drain pipe for a new shower base installation. It worked well and provided a nice, clean cut without any issues. While I am unsure how long the blades would last under daily professional use, it is an excellent tool for a DIYer to have for occasional projects.

Efficient Inside Pipe Cutter for Tight Spots
After using the Theaski Inside Pipe Cutter on a couple of plumbing projects, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. 🛠️ This cutter really shines when it comes to accessing those hard-to-reach spots for cutting 1-1/2" and 2" Schedule 40 pipes. The aluminum body feels robust in hand and the 7-inch cutting depth is a definite plus for deeper pipe work. 💪 While it's not perfect, and there's some truth to the blade dulling quicker than expected, especially with PVC, it still manages to deliver clean cuts most of the time, although a tad more effort is required. 🧐 Occasional rough edges do pop up, but careful measurements and a little patience can mitigate this issue. Overall, I'd say this tool is a solid choice for DIY enthusiasts or professionals who don't require constant heavy-duty usage. It’s definitely worth having in your toolbox for those specific jobs where space is limited. Just be prepared to touch up the blade or replace it sooner rather than later if you're a frequent user. 🔧

Struggles With Cutting Smoothly
The Baski Inside Pipe Cutter is a handy tool for cutting 1-1/2 inch and 2-inch Schedule 40 pipes, and the aluminum alloy body feels sturdy. It has a 7-inch cutting depth, which is great for reaching deeper pipes. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because it doesn’t cut as smoothly as I expected—there’s a bit of resistance, and the blade seems to dull quickly, especially with PVC. It gets the job done, but not without some effort and occasional rough edges. It’s decent for occasional use, but if you need something for regular heavy-duty work, you might want to consider other options.

Sharp and Easy to Use
I've tried a few other pipe cutting tools before and some are easier to use than others. This one is pretty straight forward: select the right cutting end, measure the distance and tighten it down, insert and cut. The blade is quite sharp and rips through the plastic no problems and leaves a nice clean edge. I still debur it slightly just to make sure there is no turbulance in the pipe. The top ring helps keep it nice and centered in the pipe and endures a straight cut. This does only work if the top of the pipe was cut straight to start with. If there is any kind of slant, it means your cut will also be a little slanted or it will wobble a little in the pipe. When this happens, I did notice that the top guide can sometimes become loose. Its a simple fix but is something to watch for, particularly when you are doing a blind cut. I'd definitely recommend making sure it is tightened down between cuts. Otherwise, it works really well.
