Great Product but read our review about the water reservoir please
First time hatching eggs and this was so easy to use, set temp, top up the water and away you go. The only thing I would say is the centre part where water goes has a sort of grated lid that sits over it but doesnt secure to it (clip on). We lost a chick that had hatched and knocked it over and drowned in the water. I would def recommend this but do as we did and super glue the grate on to the water reservoir

Good little incubator.
This is actually a Janoel10. We bought it as a backup/overflow incubator to our main RCom machine. So the Janoel10 can't come near to the sophisticated humidity monitoring etc of the RCom, but then the RCom is at least 5 times the price. However the Janoel does accurately hold the set temperature and visibility, at the piping stage is excellent. Just make sure the water reservoir is full at 'lockdown'. It doesn't auto rotate the eggs, but our pheasant eggs just got a twice daily simple hand roll. So using this basic Janoel10 incubator next to our more pricey (but excellent) RCom? ... both incubators delivered the same excellent hatch rate...who'd of thought it.

I wouldn’t touch this with a barge pole!
Very disappointed with this. The instructions aren’t very clear at all, so ended taking to social media platforms to watch videos. You need an external thermometer to collaborate to correct temperature and the humidity is very unstable. Was excited about having this in my home and hatching eggs but sadly through this complete mismatch of instructions and instability of the temp and humidity I lost my whole batch of eggs.

Surprisingly good
I got this to put some eggs in towards the end as I had a staggered hatch. I was a little suspicious as to how well this would work but was pleasantly surprised. The incubator manages to hold the temperature stable. Good space. (Enough to hold a thermometer too if not completely filled with eggs). I think I read in a review about securing the little water tank with cello tape to prevent the lid from getting knocked by a chick (danger of drowning). Great value!!

Not worth the money go for a brensea or something more renowned
Ok so I purchased this incubator as my call duck rejected her eggs randomly and needed a quick fix. Out of the 6 eggs I had one survive, but ended up hatching the wrong way which Is due to humidity issues. The incubator itself does not hold heat well but you and you need an external temperature gadget inside to measure it. The humidity is honestly out of wack as the water well in the center isn't really that good. The little duckling was unable to hatch and so came to the end of the 6 eggs. Low and behold I got 6 more and tried to put them in as well. I actually got one duckling go hatch and the incubator did it's job. So it's a bit iffy. Yes this incubator would be very solid for chickens but I don't recommend it for ducks.

Amazing. Highly recommended!
Absoloutley amazing product. Nothing bad to say about it. Out of 11 quail eggs i have had 2 die very close to hatch day. I dont know if thats the incubators fault or mine. Highly recommend

Don't waste your money
We have been trying to calibrate the temperature on this thing, and failing miserably, we've spent and additional £38 on equipment to check the unreliability of this incubator, I checked the reviews and they seemed ok, but they are confusing as they seem to be for different products, seems someone is manipulating the stats - I'm sending mine back and purchasing a brinsea or covattu

Great bit of kit for the money!
I haven’t hatched any chicks as of yet but I have had it running all day with my good digital thermometer and mercury type thermometer too! Just so I can see if the incubator itself stays correct and it has been spot on all day! For the price it is great quality and I can’t see any reasons this won’t hatch some chicks with ease!
