I have had Microdermabrasions done at my local spa and have loved them so i decided to buy a unit for home. I initially had ordered one of the portable hand held microdermabrasion machines and was extremely disappointed with it, the quality of the tips were so bad that i immediately returned it and decided to do some further research and order a quality unit that was within my budget. Before ordering this machine i checked different reviews and learned about the different speeds functions that are available with the different units. I knew i wanted something high powered but i really liked the vacuum and spray options that were available on the some of the machines. The reason i chose this one was because it offered all the attachments i wanted, had a higher suction level and included an oil filter. The regular 3 in 1 microdermabrasion machines were 0-55cm hg which converts to 0-21.6in hg. And while the suction on that model wasn't bad, it wasn't what i was looking for. I wanted a machine that would give me a treatment that came close to the one i would receive at the spa. So when i saw that MySweety had an upgraded version of the 3 in 1 microdermabrasion machine with more power, i decided to give it a try and am so glad that i did. This upgraded version goes up to 68cm hg / 26.7in hg which is a lot more power. I am very happy with this purshase. I used the machine for the first time last night and i was able to do a quality microdermabrasion using only half of the suction power. The Upgraded MySweety 3 in 1 Diamond Microdermabrasion machine comes with 9 diamond tips, 2 wands, 3 glass vacuum attachments, a spray bottle that includes a black and red hose, a tray to hold the wands and tips, a small bag of 10mm replacement filters, 2 extra fuses, and the basic hose with an oil filter attached. There were "instructions" included but they were worthless, all it explained was how to do a microdermabrasion on a client. Thankfully i was able to find youtube videos on how to set up the machine and i looked on other microdermabrasion machines product pages on Amazon and was able to figure it out on my own. Because of the oil filter, you only put 1 filter in the machine and that is where the diamond tip screws onto the wand. When you have the machine turned around and are looking at the back, the hose port on the left hand side is where you attach the wand, the hose port to the right is where you attach the spray bottle. The only thing i could not determine was how to properly use the vacuum function, my concern is that since you cant attach a filter to the glass tips how do you prevent the debris that you suck out from clogging the machine? So until i figure that part out i won't be using the vacuum function. Overall i found this to be very easy to set up and use and am very happy with the end result. I did also want to give one warning, be careful when you are pulling the clear hose off the wand, the first time i did i ended up tearing it. Luckily it was just a very small section and didn't cause me any issues. I did notice some gunk in the oil filter after the first use, so i did end up ordering a replacement oil filter and an extra hose just so i have it. I am very happy with machine and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality microdermabrasion with higher suction without the extra price associated to it. I will provide an update in a month or so once i have used the machine more to let you know how it holds up after additional usage.

This item has a real good suction to it! I have looked for weeks for a good, affordable Microdermbrasion machine and after reading reviews, etc., I finally decided on this one! I just used it on my knees and I'm impressed! Works as well as the one we had at school (a $500 one) So far this is a keeper! I do agree with providing at least a simple instruction booklet for those who do not know how to set up the machine. I'm a licence Esthetician so I know how to set it up, no issue. I will update later if anything changes (hope not) Also, item came cleans and you could tell that it wasn't a returned item which I have read from others that purchase a NEW machine and get a used one.

The machine comes w/ 3 different hoses. Red, black & clear; red or black to use for spray bottle and either or for diamond attachments. The clear hose is only used w/ the glass head attachmets. BC that's the only way to have a filter w/ glass attachements. Diamond heads have their own replaceable small white filters which are placed in the wand itself.

I was surprised at how quick it shipped; two days from the day it was ordered. I was even more surprised at the quality of the product. It had very little instruction but I was able to figure it out. The most important part of my reviews is, how great it works, the pieces are top quality and I am impressed at the result from the first use. For what I paid in comparison to the expense of a microdermabrasion and upkeep, its a no brainier! I can use it in the comfort of my home and it truly is a great product, one time use and the skin on my face is softer and it feels super clean! Can't wait to see the results after multiple use...

I didn’t like this product at all. Number one zero product support and not a MANUAL? you can’t hardly figure out this setup w/o a manual. I managed to get actual once and nothing after that. Poorly marketed and zero product support will kill the sales of the system unfortunately.

My wife loves this machine. the first day she turned the suction on high and it was too strong, she finally figured out a setting for her, but the last machine she had hardly had any suction so this was much better. It seems to be a well built machine and looks professional

I just assembled my microdermabrasion machine. Overall assembly was fairly simple to figure out. The suction meter reads all the way from 0 to -30 kpa. After turning on my machine, and having the control dial turned all the way to full strength, it would only reach -5 kpa. Very poor suction.

I love, love, love this machine. I used it 3 times before trying our a professional microdermabrasion. The professional machine had a better feeling tip, but honestly, I get much better results with this machine. I will definately keep using it over paying for disappointing professional grade facials.

It’s good but two heads were apparently used. It seems that my one was a retuned and the company didn’t check if was dirty or used. I only got 1 fuses, and thinking that I might also have less filters...But despite all these, the product is good and I’m really happy with it.

No instructions was just unbelievable!!
