We live in Texas and when I ordered these it was averaging about 96 -97 degrees in the afternoon. I went out to check our mail and the package was in our mailbox. I took it into the house and opened the box then the jar. When I tried to get one of the softgels out of the jar for my girlfriend I found a blob of orange oblong things that were all glued together except 4. I don't believe the product was orange when it was shipped but I could be wrong. When I tried to separate them I couldn't without breaking them into several pieces and getting the contents all over my hands. If you live in a state where the temperatures are in the 90s don't waste your money since this can't be returned even though they were destroyed before we opened the box that they were shipped in.
