This is a fantastic piece of kit, I was sceptical about its durability and ease of use, having always used a roof box. This roof bag was arguably better than the roof box, the size for storing things is enormous, and with the way it opens was easy to fill. The noise and drag experienced with a roof box is significantly reduced with the bag, and the double layer cover over the zip works well to seal it all shut. The lock that it came with was rubbish, but another was easily placed to keep the contents secure.Overall I am converted, significantly smaller to store when not in use, and great value for money. I am yet to try it in wet or inclement weather so cannot comment on waterproof properties however for the week we used it for, I would definitely recommend this as a great alternative to the traditional roof bars and box.

We went for the larger of the two sizes, paring it with roof bars, a home made wire 'base' and extra tie straps to fix it on with. It is superb. Managed to get 2 full size suitcases, 2 medium sized suitcases, plus extra bags and bits on top. Being a soft case it adapts well. All held securely and dry.As this was a trip to Wales in mid-summer there was a lot of rain to contend with but it had no problems.It was easy to put on/take off, access bits as you needed them (plan packing 😊).Really happy with purchase, I can see it being used for lots of trips. Let's hope it carries on how it started.

Easy to fit and store.Take it off and dump it in the boot when not using.Good waterproof fabric.Holds well even at motorway speeds.Lots of room for stuff inside the bag.The only downside are the straps. Expect fiddling and tightening all 10 of them for good 10-15 minutes every time you load it.

Easy to install. We don’t have a roof rack but the clips to attach it onto the car are easy to install and remove and cause no damage to the car. The bag itself is sturdy and well made. Plenty of room for all the luggage of a family of 4.

Brilliant item! We used it for the first time recently was pretty straight forward to attach to car and set up, we drove to north wales and back it was very sturdy and kept everything dry and secure!

Fantastic we used this to drive nearly five hours to Devon , travelling on motorway as speeds. At first I was anxious that it would shift . But it didn’t move and made our journey a lot less cramped with 7 of us away for a week. Fitted a large suitcase and huge hold-all a smaller suitcase and another hold-all and coats . Could have fitted more if needed .

Bought this for a family vacation where we needed to take quite a lot of luggage. Didn't want to invest in an expensive roof box and this was the perfect solution. Loads of space and easy to secure with straps.

Ideal roof box storage and easy to fit. Doesn’t make much noise either when driving. Straps may need to be tied up so no loose ends. Good quality material and waterproof with good quality zip and fastening
