This compared to the Pilot 0.38 mm
I am a med student who writes pages of notes on a daily basis and really like these pens. I have used them for 2 weeks nonstop.Okay so if you are really a pen person, you know that the only "best pens" are these and the pilot 0.38 mm pens. I mean lets be real here. I have tried all brands (American and Japanese) and the pilot 0.38 mm and these are the best ones no doubt. Anyways if you disagree then you should try out both because both are amazing pens. These pens compared to the pilot ones are more smooth and faster to write with. However the colors are lighter and the pilot 0.38 mm pens have darker shades in the same color. These pens are more fine tipped compared to the pilot ones, a quality that I really like, and are defiantly smoother to write with. The grip however is better with the pilot pens until you get used to writing with these pens. I like these pens a lot and bought them because I was getting bored of the pilot ones.Bottom Line: These pens write very smooth but some of the colors are lighter than you would think, however they are still amazing pens that would be tied with the pilot 0.38 mm pens. If you are switching from the pilot ones I recommend switching to these because they write smoother, have a great feel, and are lighter in your hands. You just need to get used to writing in them because they are very smooth ( aka you will write faster with them).

Love the Fine Point, 0.28mm, Makes Impression on Paper, Lime Green is Light
I like the product. I can definately write small with them and probably more precise with practice. The blue black is a unique color that I really like. The lime green is very light. In order to use the lime green color, I had to write with much more pressure. It didn’t tear the paper, but did make an impression on the following page.Overall, I love them. I’m not sure if I’ll use the lime green pen, but I’m using all of the other colors.

Good Product, but the Fine Point 0.28mm Cuts through Standard Paper
I really like these pens. I'm a fan of a really fine point pen and so I was very excited for a pack of the 0.28mm. The pens work very well and I like that they are click tops and that they come with a little [wax?] tip to pull off before using, but I've noticed that when I use these pens that they sometimes cut through paper. It isn't a problem with quality paper (I have a planner with heavy paper that these pens marks up beautifully in) but if you have to write on standard printer paper found in a business or home or even in a spiral college ruled notebook, these pens may cut through or score the paper, especially if you are a heavy writer.I have also purchased the 0.38 version from this seller and founds those to work a lot better with all types of paper: no scoring or cutting through the bulk copier paper I print with at home.

God-send pens that makes doctors' handwriting legible.
Writing with these pens turns any bad day into a marvelous day.The ink comes out so smoothly and precisely thin like a dark piece of thread. It dries quickly and does not smear. The colors of the ink are vibrant. Grip is soft but firm. Exterior design of the pens is simple but who cares, when the ink comes out so beautifully and the tip is not fragile! You can damage the tip if dropped and ink comes out more bloody, but user error. It makes my doctor's handwriting legible. Miracles do happen.

The finest pens I have ever gotten
I've also used the Jetstream .38 and the G2 pens. They're good, but not compared to this RT1.These pens are the real deal. I'm extremely picky with pens. I am an engineering student and an avid note-taker. I write very small (about 1/16" in height, all caps or in cursive with very fine straight lines) and have always found it difficult to find a pen that is extremely fine, doesn't skip, doesn't bleed, and dries quickly. These Signo RT1 pens do everything perfectly.Instant drying. Absolutely instantly. No bleeding, the tip does not dig into the paper despite being .28, and the tip of the body is rounded so I can see the page really well.If you want a fine pen that works well, this is the one you want.

The ink isn't very dark
I love these for their thin line, but they tend to skip a bit, and the ink is more grey than black. In fact, they are so light that in some lighting conditions it is hard to see the ink on the paper at all. I like that they are clicker pens and that they are solid and well built. I think it depends on what you intend to use them for.

Absolutely love this pen
Best narrow point pen I've ever bought. I use it for underlining in bibles, where thicker pens bleed through and make too fat a line. I've tried the Pilot 0.38mm (a good pen) and the muji 0.25mm (it's ok - too small to grip). It has a good grip, and a nice thick body to hold onto. I will keep buying these.

I love the black but the violet is crappy
The black I would give 4 stars but the violet is awful. It skips. See my photo. Also, the ink doesn't last that long, but I do a lot of writing.
