I'm in my late 30s and work in a very physically demanding field. For years I've wrecked my body with my only recourse being professional massage, chiropractic care, and resistance exercises. Often times those don't work, become too expensive, or aren't feasible to fit into my busy daily schedule. One day while visiting I noticed a theragun sitting out and gave it a shot. My word. The level of pain and relief I felt from that tiny contraption.. well needless to say I ordered one before I left. Here's what I love about it. It's battery operated and just sitting on a shelf it maintains a decent amount of battery over longer periods of time. From a full charge expect multiple massage sessions without needing to charge up especially if you use a lower power setting. This device has 3 different heads for different muscle massages / muscle groups. Replacing them is simple and quick. There are 3 power settings which aren't actually for depth but for speed think of it like a kitchen blender. You manually dictate the depth of the impactby pressing manually into the area and adjusted speeds. This honestly feels very intuitive because you can feel pain or if you're loosening a knot. I find this works exceptionally well following a hot bath or heat pack session when my muscles are very loose and limber. A couple things I don't like, and it's not many, the heads that come are a rubberized foam material. They are resistant to scratches but not scratch, cut, or chew proof. We found one of our family pets was able to puncture a head fairly easily. The button placement could be moved down just a bit. Often I'll find myself holding the device in such a way to hit a spot on my back or neck and accidentally shut off the device. This is honestly more inconvenient because of the situation that a problem but just something to make note of. Overall though I absolutely love this. This has been such a game changer in home massage and pain relief. This is something that whenever a coworker or friend mentions a pain or tight muscle I have to mention as a viable option.

I'm glad I spent a little more money and bought the real deal. This thing is very quiet and effective. Three settings is plenty and I mostly use number one anyway. Battery life is good and has a solid feel to it. Don't buy a cheap knock-off, get this guy!

We have the regular size Theragun and love it. However, it was bulky to travel with. I bought this mini for my husband’s birthday and we both love it! It’s just as powerful as the regular size! We find it much lighter in weight and easier to use on one’s self. Definitely a good purchase and will likely buy again for gifts.

Absolutely an amazing product! Because of the specialized grip, I’m able to reach nooks and crannies that I normally would not be able to do by myself (I would normally need someone to assist me in reaching). I have to say for the price and the power that this tool has, it was well worth the purchase. I use it every day and it’s still operates like the day I had taken it out of the box. I’ve recommended it to friends and family and to anyone who has persistent knots and tightness. Give this a try you won’t regret it!

The is the best massager I've ever used. I thought the handle was going to be problematic, but it's actually ergonomic. I can reach spots on my shoulders that I couldn't with other brands, and this model produces less strain on my hands and wrists in general. It's so quiet! I was surprised by how nice it was to NOT have all that rattle and hum. I haven't come close to the battery's limit. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Theragun Relief for a while now, mostly on my neck, shoulders, and legs, and it’s quickly become something I reach for almost daily. It does a great job on sore shoulders and calves, and I’ve also used it on my lower back and feet without any issues. The app gives simple routines and timing, which helps keep me from overdoing it. That said, it works perfectly fine on its own if you don’t want to use your phone. Battery life has been solid so far. I’m not having to charge it constantly, even with regular use, and it still feels ready whenever I grab it. It also feels well made and sturdy, like something that’s going to last.
