Fab, bright, convenient, easy
Love it. I like projectors. I have had one other one and it involves many more cables and adaptors and requires a greater throw distance, so using it was always a bit of an ordeal, wires everywhere, finding a place to sit in front of the projector where you didn't block the light, etc. With this bad boy, one cable, USB-C, 3 or 4 feet from the wall or screen, nice big picture, you're good to go. Auto focus, no fiddling around. Fantastic. It's best with bright scenes in a dark room; pretty good with bright scenes even in a light room; with dark scenes, it's pretty hard to see what's going on. I think this is true of most projectors unless you get into industrial strength conference-level class. But for the price, you're getting amazing convenience, good power and brightness in a small, light unit. We use it all the time, just love it.

Not truly 1080p
This projector uses a clever trick to pretend it's 1080p. It's something along the lines of being natively at, say, half this resolution, projecting one set of pixels, shifting slightly, and then projecting the next set of pixels. You can tell it's doing this because (a) I filmed it in slow motion and watched the pixels dance up and down and (b) everything looks fuzzy! No matter how much I focused it, my 1080p test image looked like it was about half the resolution. And it definitely wasn't a focus issue, as I could see the pixels clearly in the projection; it was just the image itself that was being fudged. This "pixel-fudging" will probably look fine if you're projecting movies, but if you're projecting text – e.g. for business purposes – this is a non-starter. It's irresolvably unsharp. Also, the tripod thread is for an inexplicable reason offset to one side, rather than being in the centre, so any mounting will result in the projector dipping slightly one way, and hence a warped projection. I can't see a way to resolve this.

I was hoping for the best when I ordered this projector
I was hoping for the best when I ordered this projector. I first saw it on the Apple store, so knew it would be compatible with all my Apple hardware, and figured as it was on their website it was a good endorsement of the product. Bought it for an important presentation and I wasn’t disappointed. Very easy to set up. Great picture. Auto focus. Even the sound was pretty good bearing in mind the size of the projector. Delighted.

Five Stars
Fantastic projector. Works really well for the presentations being given. So much better than the PicoPix I had previously.

How bright is 700 lumens
A bit noisy and brightness still an issue in direct sunlight which is a useful indicator of other projector brightness claims given that this one is one of the best in this regard!

great projector
This gets 4 out 5 only because of the price. the item itself is good but a little overpriced in my opinion

Colour balance changes according to brightness of the scene. Miroir support unhelpful.
In some respects a great little projector. However I have one major problem with it. On Films & TV the colour balance changes according to the picture content, so if the camera pans from a bright area to a dark one, the colour balance changes noticeably from a slight blueish cast to a strong green/yellow tint. This also happens from cut to cut if the lighting is significantly different.I contacted Miroir support but they deny it is possible and claim it must be my source or my cables. But I have tried an iPad via a Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter, from my MacBook Pro via HDMI and USB-C cables and an Apple TV via HDMI. But I always get the same result.

Work great
easy set up, and I am very impressed with the images. Even in daylight in a darker room the image was bright enough to set up the projector.Great value for the money!
