Purple Pill Box…
…is all kinds of awesome! I love how they have stickers that match so many different over-the-counter pills! I think this is perfect for a mini-pharmacy for road trips :)The compartment lids all open and close easily. The tabs stick out so that I can get my thumb under them easily. It does take a bit of extra “oomph” to clip the red tab closed, though. There is a bit of flash on the edges and the tabs for the compartment lids can scratch you as they aren’t rounded. All but the smallest compartments fit fish oil sized pills. It fits easily in my back jean pocket, but I’m putting it in my backpack :)I love it :)P.S. I figured out why the red latch was hard to close! One of the compartment lids wasn’t closed all the way (but it looked closed). As soon as I snapped it completely shut, the red latch was easy to close :)

Very convenient, cute, but really small
I love the pill case (ok, mostly because it's cute), but it's only really useful if you're not expecting to take much of each medication. I'm including a photo with a penny for size reference. I have three Kirkland "Tums" in one of the compartments They're larger than the real Tums that I'm familiar with and they almost don't fit. The labels are a random assortment of vitamins and medications with some names amongst them that I have never heard of. You're good, though, if you just want labels for a lot of the pain medications like Tylenol, Advil, etc. as well as some of the other more common medications. There are no blank labels for you to write your own medications on, and the labels are all glossy stickers and can't be written on. I'm happy with this if I'm just taking a small assortment of random medications on a trip, but don't expect to get a lot in the compartments. One really nice thing I can say about the size is that it is easy to throw into a bag since it doesn't take up much room. While you can't get much into each compartment, there are 10 compartments. The hinge seems like it will hold up well and the clasp snaps shut and should not accidentally open.Approx. SizeClosed, not including edges, hinge & clasp - 3 1/8" x 2 1/4" x 1"Compartments are 1/2" deep INCLUDING the plastic lid and bottom and approx. 1" in heightCompartment widths, top row - 3/4", 1", and 3/4" with a rounded corner cut outCompartment widths, bottom row - 1 1/2" and 1 1/2" with a rounded corner cut outI'm sure that when some of the images were Photoshopped for this product, the case was made to look larger than it is. (I hate Photoshopped product images, but they are incredibly common for all sorts of online products.) On the other hand, the video does show exactly what you're getting. While it's very sturdy and well-made, it's on the small side and I think many might find it too small to be useful. As adorable as it is, it's getting 4 stars.

Great pill organizer, some compartments smaller than expected.
This is a really good pill organizer, complete with medication labels. The selection of labels is really extensive, ranging from brand name to generic to vitamins. They stick really well to the lids of each compartment. I haven't tried yet, but time will tell if the labels peel off nicely if I need to change medications. The bigger compartments are large enough to hold big gel caps and the smaller ones (which are smaller than expected) are perfect holding small medications like allergy medicine or Imodium. This pill box is bigger than the one that I currently have and has many more compartments. Glad to be making the switch to this new one.

Small
This is very small. The individual compartments can hold about 2 capsules or 4-6 tablets. It’s fine for a day trip or to throw in your vehicle, but it wouldn’t be much use on a long camping trip with the family. The stickers are alright but it’s all name brand stuff obviously so if you buy anything else you’ll want to double check portions. I was hoping to dual purpose it as an ice fishing tackle box, but the only thing it would hold are a few sinkers or beads for worm harnesses - in which case the packs they come in are already smaller.

Clever idea; not airtight
I saw this demonstrated by a social media influencer before having one, and thought it was a really neat idea. One caution that comes to my mind is that it's not child-friendly. You wouldn't want this to be out and about with kids, because there aren't any safety lids, and it looks fun and colorful.I tested it to see if it's airtight. Though obviously not a scientific test, I put water in the compartments, to see if it would drip out. It did very easily, which means the compartments aren't sealed. For this reason, I would think it's best for medication storage just for short-term use.The case comes with sticker labels of a lot of common medications, which technically it shouldn't (since those brands are protected). But I also got a couple of generic stickers: "Vitamin C" and "fish oil." The stickers may vary--a note with them said they're sent randomly. And it didn't have any I needed. But the person I saw review this before just cut up medication boxes, so that's another idea if your medications and supplements aren't on the stickers. I was able to peel part of a label off a bottle to use, but that only worked with one bottle I tried. Instead of brand names, I wish they had just used generic medication and vitamin terms, because that would be easier to use to customize it. But, at least there are other options. The pill box is just self-hinged (other than the outside clasp). There's an indentation in the plastic that helps it hinge. I'm concerned this type of hinge may wear out over time. If you open all the doors at the same time, the entire top is removeable, which could be nice for cleaning.I would like it better if airtight, with more durable hinges, and some sort of safety lock. But I do think it's a really clever idea.
