This is working for me. I have lost some weight but it is not only that, I just feel far better in myself and general well being, When you open the bag you can smell the cider vinegar but it is not a bad smell, quite mild actually. I have never drank the cider vinegar itself but I am not very good at consuming things like that as I have a sensitive tummy, so capsules are a much better option as long as I take them with food.

I feel so much better after taking these capsules, they have been a real find and have given my health a real boost. I did buy them for weight loss and they have worked to a degree, but the main benefit I have found is that I feel so much better in myself, skin looks better, I have more energy and don’t feel as bloated. A very good product with super quick delivery. A friend recommended them to me as something that would help with joint pain. Although my symptons have not disappeared completely (but I wasn’t expecting them too) I have noticed an improvement. I will continue to take them to see if I can squeeze any further improvement out of them.

I am very prone to kidney infections and pain and so I bought these as I was told that they could help. After a few weeks of taking them every day I have noticed that not only have a had less pain, but I have also been feeling a lot better.I also bought these partly for the weight loss benefit that they apparently have... I haven't noticed anything on that front yet...I would definitely recommend for kidney infections/kidney stones though!

I was told that Apple cider vinegar may help with reflux as this is sometimes caused by a lack of acid being produced in your stomach, therefore your body produces more which then causes reflux. Well it seems this was right. Since I've started taking the Apple cider, my reflux has calmed down so much I have been able to reduce my medication 😃 Added bonus, it's also curved my appetite and I've lost nearly half a stone in the last 6 wks 😁😁Definitely recommend this product, great results.

A far more pleasant experience than consuming the liquid vinegar, which I know is popular but simply not a path I want to spend any time walking down. Swallow with a some food and water and its over and done with. Not stressful or traumatic in any way, whereas I used to dread drinking the vinegar, not a nice experience. Would advise anybody thinking on trying it to give it a go, it is quite affordable and effective.

Much better than chugging the stuff every time I get a gallstone attack, literally can’t even smell vinegar without gagging now but this product eases my gallstone pain with the unpleasantness of having to drink the vinegar 🤢
