Check battery – shipped at only 30% charge for safety. Low power affects performance Check the mode – must be in Hammer Mode and using masonry bit. If both are correct and it still doesn’t work, the tool may be defective

Do not insert the universal flexible shaft all the way to the bottom. When clamping, only grip the hex shank of the flexible shaft with the three-jaw chuck.
