The LIDAR mapping is spot-on, it avoids obstacles like a pro, and the suction power is seriously impressive. Quiet, smart, efficient, and reliable. My floors have never looked better. Worth every penny!

The SwitchBot K10+ Pro Robot Vacuum has truly impressed me with its performance and convenience. Despite its compact size, this little powerhouse delivers exceptional cleaning, effortlessly reaching into corners, between chairs, and under furniture. The standout feature for me is the self-emptying function, so now I don't need to empty the dustbin after every use, which saves a ton of time.The app is intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to map your entire room or home; you can then create rooms, and set exclusion zones so the robot cleans exactly where you want it to. Plus, the added mopping function is a fantastic bonus, leaving my floors spotless. Overall, I love this product for daily home cleaning.

Love the vacuum! The form factor and suction power is perfect and it does a very thorough job. The noise level is minimal and the self emptying container is easy to clean. The app is easy to use but sometimes loses connection with the vacuum.The mopping feature isn’t great. It comes with these little wipes that dry up after a few minutes and doesn’t do a good job in cleaning. Plus, you have to manually install the wipes every time you want to mop. It’s also disposable so it’s unsustainable.

In concept having a small robot vacuum is great as it helps get into smaller spaces and takes up less space. Initially the performance was good and worked as it should (although mop functionality isn’t worth it). The app is ok, but would benefit from ux and ui improvements to make common tasks easier. After contacting about a drop in performance the support has been unbelievably slow, with no end in sight of getting a repair/replacement/refund even after providing all the necessary information. If I was spending this much again I would opt for a more established brand.

Many of the robot vacs you can buy are essentially the same and use the same generic software and app. It's nice to see something a little different from Switchbot. The unit is much smaller than most others and although I didn't think this would make much difference, it does take up less room in the hallway.The room mapping and obstacle avoidance is a step up from many. The suction is great, but as it's a smaller unit it does hold less dust. Not a problem with the auto empty station.The mopping also works well. The fact that it uses disposable pads is both a plus and minus. Cleaner and more convenient but obviously you have to buy replacements.Overall a very polished high quality product.

The media could not be loaded. It is very easy to do the setup. It has plenty of smart features. I love the edge brush, it cleans a lot better in the corners. It can also clean in between chairs and it can squeeze in small spaces. Mopping is not the best but I only use it for vacuuming. The station is a bit loud so you might want to account for it as you can vacuum in other rooms as the vacuum can be very quiet. It has room mapping so you can vacuum in a specific room which is great and also has no go zones. You can hook it up with most smart homes. The roller is great for hairs compared with my old one. But all in all, great power and the fact that is so small and goes to places that my old one wasn't, it is great.Would definitely speak about this with all my friends.

This shrimp of a robot can get into all the corners and dutifully cleans under sideboards and beds where the dust has never seen the light of day. It first maps the space by LIDR (and gently kissing all the edges with its snout) and then bustles about in a quite endearing way. It can extend its wheels to deal with uneven surfaces and sometimes, when faced with an unexpected obstacle it takes a little run up to break on through!The app is remarkable too - fascinating to see the shape of our living space mapped out and the ability to create rooms and special zones is really very powerful. Integration with Alexa and home assistant seem easy and the pickup performance - the task we actually bought it to perform - is excellent. Bang per buck 10/10.

It is powerful on hard floors, but the robot itself get easily tangled up in rugs and frequently bumps into furniture.The app is okay, but not at all intuitive and to change certain settings you have to go into some obscure menus.The mop function simply doesn't work. The robot docks onto the filling station but fails to fill with water. It tries over and over again, but something must be broken. I reached out to Switchbot support, but they respond incredibly slowly and just push you from pillar to post asking you to try different things that make no difference.In the end I contacted Amazon and have initiated a return.It's a real shame. I wanted this product to work.
