Easy set up and son loves it!
He has had it for less than a week but absolutely in love! We got this for my stepsons 14th birthday and set it up while he was gone with his grandma! He games a lot! It was so easy to set up and use! It is fast and he uses it for gaming a most of the time and it doesnโt lag! Everything was easy to set up and I didnโt really need instructions until the headset didnโt work. Totally my fault, wrong insert to plug it into. I didnโt need any help with customer service for anything!

What a good surprise!
I'm really surprised about the quality of this PC, perfect entry level for our 13y/o, the box displays a big "Made in Canada" label, every connection on the motherboard was ok, zero issues at boot up, the USB WiFi board is working flawlessly with our Starlink system, Windows registration and all the updates got done with no issues, so far, so good... No big names on the components, and maybe not as extreme in performance as more expensive rigs, but definitely a great beginners setup

Please donโt waste your money
This was terribly disappointing. My son got it as a late Christmas present and was so excited and the hunk of junk never worked. Couldnโt reach customer service we tried for a week and a half. The problem best we could tell was it wouldnโt connect to the monitor. Couldnโt trouble shoot anything else because the only thing it did was turn on and light up.

Works for what he needs
Overall, this gaming PC has been a solid setup for the price. Setup was straightforward and it was ready to use pretty quickly right out of the box. It runs smoothly for everyday use and handles most games well, especially if youโre not trying to play everything on ultra settings. The graphics quality is good and games look clear and detailed, with nice brightness that makes everything easy to see during gameplay. Sound quality has also been solid with no issues during gaming or streaming. WiFi connectivity has been stable and reliable, keeping a consistent connection without frequent drops. My only reason for four stars instead of five is that itโs not a high-end system, so newer or more demanding games may require lowering some settings. Still, a great value and a good starter gaming PC overall.

First Time using Gaming PC
I absolutely love my PC. It's so lightweight comes with a remote to change the lights and easy instructions to follow and works great with my LG Smart Monitor. You literally cannot mess up the steps. I absolutely love this and have had no issues so far. It's so quiet and the colors are beautiful ๐

Good Beginner Gaming PC for Older Titles
Definitely a budget, pre-built PC. Save your box for a while in case you need to return. Couldn't even get the BIOS to boot after we first set it up so went through and checked some things. Made sure that the graphics card and RAM was seated well in their slots. Checked for any loose connections. Everything was secure. Next step was to check the CMOS battery on the motherboard. Luckily, we keep some around for key fobs, etc. Changed it out and got it running. My theory is that these PCs sit in a warehouse and slowly drain their CMOS battery over time. Probably not the best battery to begin with either. Desktop PCs are not solid pieces of tech like cell phones so don't be afraid to open it up and check things out on your own. You don't need to be an I.T. expert to see if something is loose or if a battery is dead. I know it is human nature to expect something to work when you buy it, but complex electronics can get iffy when they are kicked around in a warehouse or delivery van. In our case, it was probably from sitting in its packaging too long. It has been running well for a month, but the CPU fan has not been starting good. That is a cheap fix. It is mainly used to run War Thunder, Minecraft, Gary's Mod, etc. Nothing too taxing yet.
