Didn’t work with Air Canada!
I went on a month long trip that involved 6 airplane trips and this product did not work on any of the planes. I traveled economy (there wasn’t enough space between the seats to be of benefit), business class (the tray table was in the arm of the seat), and first class (lay down seats so not needed). I also chose a seat in theemergency exit and those tray tables are also in the arm of the seat, so again, this product didn’t work.I did try this product out at home to see if it would work as advertised, and it did. My feet were comfortable in the allotted space, as were my calves when I stretched out my legs. So, it might work on a different airline. I’ll update this review if I find an airline it works on.

Relief!
I used this foot hammock in my 8 hour flight to Europe. It was a game changer for my lower back. I usually have so much trouble with low back pain on long flights. I definitely recommend this product!

Took the pressure off my back on 10 hour flight !
I will never fly again without this handy little contraption ! I have a painful back disorder and plane flights are miserable. Being able to have my feet UP off the floor took a lot of pressure off my back and really helped! You pull down the tray table in front of you and hang it around the tray. The tray can be up or down for using it. The only thing is.... it is a bit Awkward getting your feet into it and getting it to the right height but it it worth it !

Good quality
I bought this for an overseas flight. At first I wasn’t sure as it looked a bit flimsy. It ended up being sturdy and worked great. I’d buy again.

Most Useless travel comfort thing I bought
You really don't need this.I bought this seeing it one of these as a rec for long haul flights. If you're on economy, you won't even have room to put this. But let's say you try to. Well, this thing is useless. The strap that buckles to the tray table, doesn't have a stopper, so you either have to tie a knot at the end of where you want it or risk the whole thing sliding to the end. It's a gimmick, you're better off using your backpack or shoes to boost your feet up.I couldn't return it as the window closed, it will go into the donation bin.

Love it 100%
It was incredibly helpful during my flight. I used to hate flying because of leg pain, but not anymore. It's a must-have, 100%. The most ingenious part is the firm base.

Too short
Product is well made. Nice to have a removeable rigid platform. The strap needs to be at least 8" longer. I am 5'7". I have a similar item without a platform. The adjustable strap is much longer. Unfortunately I will need to sew an extension into Heel & Feet's Hammock.

So much more comfortable
What it will not do:This item is not going to change your seat to First Class, just forget about that. It's not going to increase the leg room at your seat either. However, as a 5'6" person, this device hugely improves my comfort in any economy seat. I have flown various airlines and used it successfully. (JetBlue, Spirit, American, Delta) It is lightweight, folds up flat and fits easily in my carry on. It could even fit into a moderate sized purse. Why does it help me?My legs are short enough that reclining in many seats leaves my legs dangling, which hurts my knees. This is a sling of sorts that is adjustable to whatever height you want. The bottom is sturdy, flat and cushioned. Having my legs supported is so much more comfortable. And you can adjust the strap to change the height. I haven't changed mine since the first time I used it - it seems to always be good for me.You really need to have a tray table on the seat in front of you for this to work properly, so no bulkhead seat, probably not an exit row either. I was in First Class last week and used it on the pouch of the seat in front of me - it was not optimal, but it seemed to work. The image of the legs in the sling could be misleading - unless you have other adjacent empty seats whose tray table you can hook onto, your legs will not be as straight as those in the photo. That said, I quite enjoy using this and felt it was well worth the money.I hook it up as soon as I sit down, while everyone is getting settled. It takes about 2 seconds. After it's on, nobody really notices it at all. Nobody in front of me has ever complained - the strap goes over the back part of the tray table, which is stationary - not over the tray itself.Great product!

Doesnt work
The sticky pads dont hold any weight, as soon as I rest feet they collapse under. Does not work properly.
