WHISPERING WILHELM TREE ENT PLAQUE

Bought it for outdoor art on our cabin home. He looks great hanging out on the wall of the deck! Appears to be well made and high quality. He’s a great addition, quirky but cool!

I love this tree face! It makes me smile every time I go out on my patio. At night time…it can look really spooky which I love!

This is very well made, but much smaller than I'd envisioned. Speaking of Wilhelm here. I bought the Spirit of Nottingham Woods last year, and it has much more of a presence against tree bark than little Wilhelm. They're also made of differing materials. Wilhelm is flat on the back and very hard with a bit of weight and a lot of detail. Seems more suited for a wall hanging. Nottingham is so flexible you can bend it around the curve of a tree trunk - similar to a face mask.

This item is sturdy and adds mystique to your outdoor atmosphere.

It looks great on the tree just outside my deck. We had hard rain last night and it's fine outside.

The lovely little old man arrived today, and was promptly hung on a very large old fir tree. There is a natural indentation in the trunk and he fits perfectly in it. His color almost matches the tree bark. Some reviews had mentioned that he is so small he does't look very good on large trees.Perhaps it is because of the natural little alcove where he hangs it seems to look quite natural. Rather than seeing it as being too small for this big old fir tree, I see it as if he has grown up along with the tree and thus has entered his elderly years along with the tree. Seems kind of natural to me.Instead of appearing as if he is just hanging on the tree, at least in this case he appears to really be apart of it surrounded by large chunky pieces of bark on a very rough bark surface. Bottom line; it looks great. He looks as if he has lived in it forever.

I am very pleased with Whispering Wilhelm. He is in place, on a tree, on my lawn. He is made of a sturdy resin and his coloring is such that he blends in with the tree bark. He has lovely eyes that almost look real. He is smaller than I thought he would be when I purchased him. I had previously purchased the Spirit of Nottingham, who is maybe 50% larger. My order arrived in a timely manner and I have no complaints as to his quality. He adds a bit of whimsey to my landscaping. Don't hesitate to buy Whispering Wilhelm.
