Akira is the lead vocalist of a popular band called CHARON. Hiroya Sunaga was a singer once before, but he left the music scene to pursue an acting career. But, realizing that his first love is music, he abandons his acting career and joins a legendary band called NUNE as a lead vocalist. Akira and Hiroya are bitter rivals and lovers. They are trying to make this relationship work, but can they put their ego and talent aside? Review: An enjoyable read - This volume picks up after the end of the first volume. Akira and Hiroya are still together and are now dating. Nune has also permanently reunited and is rivalling Charon. In this volume we get the chance to see how Akira and Hiroya's relationship has evolved since the first volume. I actually prefer this volume to the first. The overall tone is very different; it's especially less angsty when it comes to Akira and Hiroya's relationship. We pick up at a point when the couple are now committed to each other and can see how their relationship has progressed. I think their relationship is really endearing! Both characters are still as strong and feisty as ever and they definitely still tend to tease/ taunt each other. But, at the end of the day, they really love and look out for each other. I really love these characters and it was really nice to get the chance to see how their relationship had developed since the first volume. I really recommend picking this up, especially if you enjoyed the first book!
