Does not work. Once it “shrinks” after u heat it it doesn’t stay in place it slides down the cord waste of money

I started out using a blow dryer to shrink the tubing, but it wasn't shrinking enough and remained very loose. Then I tried a cigarette lighter (per the instructions), but the tubing blackened and discolored. My final attempt was to use a heat gun (also per the instructions), but that resulted in melting the actual cable housing, too. The whole thing is junk and is going in the trash.

Didn’t really work the way I wanted it to. I slid these over the end of my lightning cable, torched them with a lighter and it just burn the end of my lightning cable. Haha. It was almost impossible to get this fitting exactly snug at the top of the lightning cable. It’s like Apple designed these chords to never be able to be fixed under any circumstances. Lol. This concept is great and I would definitely try it, I would just be careful on how you heat them up to make them mold. I may not of done it correctly, I don’t know.

Great product. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit over the iPhone plug to shrink. You have to work it over and over and it takes too long to stretch. It looks like I have to find a larger size.

I bought these as opposed to others on Amazon because this set came in a box, which makes storage easier. They are sized for an iPhone charger, but not a USB-C cable. They don't shrink well with a hairdryer; I use a heat gun for crafts and that works perfectly.

I love this product I’m almost fixing every broken iPhone charger wire on the planet. I also use it for other projects around the house.

So it doesn't fit through ANY of my chargers, android or apple, or mac. I had to force it to be wider by putting in scissors and painstakingly spreading them apart and forcing them over the wire. They are cheap, a lot, and durable though.
