Mustard algae
My pool season started out with mustard algae really early in the season. Fighting it is a nightmare. I had it a few years ago and ended up draining my pool and cleaning every inch by hand with clorox cleanup...after spending a small fortune on chemicals. I did catch it early this season, but this product along with getting my pool balanced really worked. Saved me a small fortune and a LOT of time and headache.

This product saved my pool!
I had mustard algae growing on the north of my 24 above ground for the last few weeks and NOTHING I did killed it. Everything the pool store told me to do I did and it’d grow back twice the amount the next day. I figured I’d googled it and found this product and saw the other reviews and photos and said why not? I spent enough at the pool store. I followed the directions and put it in and shocked and brushed and the next day I woke up and it was all very pale yellow. I vacuumed and backwashed it to waste and it’s been completely gone for a week and no problems. I highly recommend it and doing research so the pool stores don’t get you.
