These pills look like Viagra, don’t they? That’s where the similarities end, however.According to a 2021 review, ginseng has a "trivial effect" on erectile dysfunction (ED) compared to a placebo, and doesn't significantly improve sexual arousal or desire. However, some studies have suggested that ginseng may improve men's ability to have intercourse, and may also improve sperm quality. Ginseng may also work like Viagra by relaxing muscles and improving blood flow to the genital region.I expect these will work to different levels with different men, and the biggest determinant is probably the level of ED the user suffers. These seem like a cheap alternative to Viagra but you get what you pay for; if you are in urgent neeed of assistance down there, Kamantra pills will probably make a very modest difference. Best taken on an empty stomach, and with 30-60 minutes allowed until any effect is detected.Relatively cheap compared to Viagra, these might help but they’re not the real thing. I’m giving them 4 stars because they do sometimes work, and I’m grateful for that!

I've used this brand in the past with mixed results however I recall these tablets at the time being the capsule kind. This brand has now, obviously branched out into the more traditional blue tablet shape that I always personally find seem to work so much better. And these tablets are another fine contribution to the argument of the blue trapezoidal tablets working better as these are some absolutely brilliant tablets.After taking one, I settled in for a night of just watching the ol' TV without really thinking about anything that might provoke a reaction. I find this is a true test of how well these tablets really perform. Sure enough, the effects were present. This just goes to show that these tablets really do work and aren't just relying on a placebo effect, something that this field of tablets used to have a bad reputation for a couple of decades back.Easy to swallow and work very well indeed. I've given up saying that a particular tablet is 'the best' I've ever tried as I always seem to find another one and end up eating my words as a result. I will however say, this is 'one of the best' tablets I've tried. Certainly on par with the best in the business.

I’ve reviewed more than a dozen ‘male performance’ supplements. Most of them work for me – some better than others, though I hesitate to make very close comparisons because ‘real life’ factors get in the way of a fair assessment. These Kamantra tabs do work for me, and I might go further and say the performance improvement is above average: substantially improved hardness in not much more than 30 minutes (on an empty stomach), and with a lingering effect for several more hours.So that has to mean four stars. But I am going to add a gripe. Quite a few brands are plainly designed to look similar to the blue pills from the chemist. Fair enough, as a way to signal that the herbal tabs have the same intended use. But the Kamantra tabs are the first I’ve seen that take this further, and put blue lozenges into a blister pack of just four. Plainly this is a strategy to signal the tabs they’re so precious that they merit the same sort of price as the chemist's blue pills. They’re already priced above average (£9.95 for 4 when reviewed) in the market, and the sellers are obviously angling to put them higher. So let’s encourage a market based on price! Ignore these tabs and opt for other brands. There are others out there that are both cheaper and better.

Described as Ginseng Complex but it is anything but!Simply puy here are four lozenge shaped blue coloured tablets, in a foil backed blister pack, boxed.Instructions/information are printed on the box.These tablets are formulated for he adult healthy male, best absorbed for quicker results, on an empty stomach and dissolved with sufficient water.Effective usually between 30-60 minutes.They stay in the system effectively until required for several hours, although we are all different.Seek medical advice first before taking these if you are already on medication (possible interactions) or already have health issues.I have found these do help one to stand out for the occasion.Like Oliver, of Charles Dickens fame, "Please Sir, can I have some more?."Properly priced.

These are almost heavy-weights in this area of performance tablets. 650mg is a high dose compared to other brands. Maybe thats reflected in the price, approx £10 at time of review.They are also packaged & made to look like the "real" brand too, very clever ploy! Either way they work.I also agree with their advice to have a word with a Dr. or chemist before taking these. especially if you are on heart medication.
