Ideal for a pulled hamstring - Very pleased
Somehow I managed to pull a hamstring and after a couple of weeks it wasn't getting any better. I read a couple of reviews for this item and thought I'd give it a try, bearing in mind the attractive price. There was no way I'd be getting to see my GP anyway. I wish I'd bought one a couple of weeks earlier. The sleeve is very comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I'm of slight build and the sleeve is a good fit, although larger men would surely find it too small. I walk quite a lot and the sleeve does tend to slip after a mile or so, but that's no big deal. Now to the important bit - It has made a huge difference. Movements that were causing me pain are now pain-free, and after about a week I'm only wearing the sleeve when I'm active. This was one very good buy!

Good, but could be better
I purchased this compression sleeve due to an outer thigh injury. My thigh is 25inches and the large fits well. Easy to use, just pull on. Helps a little with the pain, but was cheap so wasn't expecting a lot when you can get others for 3 times as much. Quality is still decent though. It is helping to support the area however, the main issue with it is the top starts to roll down and doesn't stay in place. Could be better if there was a way to stop that from happening.

One size probably doesn’t fit all
I am a fairly average size female and was dubious that there was only one size to fit all adults. The first few days I found the support to be comfortable and supportive but after that it began to start slipping. I now find myself continually pulling it back up into place which is rather annoying. I’m now thinking that I need to buy another support that stays tight on my leg for when I’m exercising.

Upper thigh/groin injury - can’t rate highly enough.
I’ve struggled with groin and hamstring discomfort for some time now. I run 4 times a week and it becomes quite painful. I’m constantly stretching and using a roller. After purchasing this as an aid whilst running it has transformed my rituals. I double it up on my upper leg and it has worked. I run pain free and continue to work on my injury after/before running. I’ve just got back from a 20k run and it hasn’t slipped (like a lot of products do) and the compression is top notch. Highly recommend.

It is alright as a knee support
I use it as a knee support whenever I hit my knees to the edges, or something just doesn't feel right. To be fair, I rarely need it, but I am more relaxed once I find it again :D I am 6.2 tall, and I guess because of my height and body type, I have the right pressure/support on my knee when needed. It makes life less painful for me. :)
