The light fixtures look really cheap

I'm just ending a full remodel of my 1962 home. Had an old white 1962 fixture at my front door. Bought a pair of Chinese garden doors (made in the 1700s) from a salvage company. Had them fused together to create my custom front door. There are lot of black nails, straps and the door handles are black on these salvaged beauties. I wanted black porch lights in a vintage style to replace my old ones. This pair of porch lights met my needs perfectly. The matte black finish blends great with my new door. These lights are constructed out of a galvanized steel then powder coated!! That combination should be extremely durable. I should not have to ever purchase porch lights again, unless I want to change the style. I love the antique/vintage look of the glass cylinders within the steel frame. They match my pendant lights inside beautifully! Value for my money is spot on. My 1 box store in this small town is selling 1 for the same price .. approximately $90. I used an Edison bulb which enhances the vintage look. Adore any fixture which I can dim!! Great amount of light which illuminates from these fixtures. The glass globe inside is thick. In a world with little to no instructions included these days, I was impressed that this pair came with great directions for installation. All hardware to install was included. I'm exhausted from my remodel so I paid the contractor to install them for me. It took him around 30 minutes for each light which included the time to remove the old ones. Nothing negative to say about this pair of vintage sconces. 5 stars across the board!!!

These lights are beautiful! They matched exactly the vision I had for my new home. Unfortunately options were extremely limited as offered by our builder, so I knew I would need to change my porch lights. I love these so much, now to get my husband to actually install them!
