Yes it will BUT!! Do not buy cap from this seller unless you want possible bacteria or fly eggs in your hair. Cap is disgusting, smells of mildew, mold, old fish & hot garbage. My daughter took gloves and set it out immediately. Doesn't come protected either far as packaging. Soon as we opened the Amazon plastic envelope, Bam! Smell filled my craft room immediately! Seller makes excuses and doesn't care.

No, I feel if you alter the cap to customize or tailor it would damage it. If you have a closure, weave hair or latch hook....you can sew it directly on cap.

Can you cut the front out for frontal closure? Or the part that’s by the ears?

Dear Demi, better not cut the braid cap because this may destroy the synthetic box braids on the cap. If have to, please sew it perfectly after cut.
