Trudeau 09912096 Structure Loaf Pan Silicone Bakeware, 8.5" x 4.5", Grey/Pink

I've been making gluten free bread for several years. I've tried non stick pans (they lie), glass pans, special aluminum coated non stick wavy sided pans, and other red silicone pans. They are all garbage. This pan, is the BEST pan! Bread comes out clean, pops out like butter, and you don't have to grease the pan. In fact, don't grease it, it'll make it harder to get out. I made that mistake with my first silicone muffin pans... This particular silicone pan has a nice stiff edge which helps the loaf retain it's shape while rising, and the silicone is nice and thick which helps it not to collapse. The silicone appears to be GENUINE. Meaning it passes the pinch and twist test to check for fillers in the silicone, whereas my red pans did not pass this test. (It will turn white if fillers were used). I don't know if getting the bread not to stick to the pan is as hard with gluten bread as it is for gluten free bread, but I would consider this pan a necessity for anyone planning to bake bread on a regular basis. It's that amazing, and totally worth the price. High quality! Oh for you other glutards, my favorite flour blend is equal parts tapioca, millet, and brown rice, with of course 1 tap xanthan gum per cup of flour. Works great as an all purpose flour! For slightly heartier more wheat like consistency, substitute about 1/4-1/2 cup millet flour for slightly less buckwheat flour (it tends to absorb more moisture). This is my go to flour for all my baked goods so I can avoid things like potato starch and corn starch. Happy baking!!!

This cute pan is well-constructed and easy to clean. I love the metal reinforcements on the top, so when you take it out of the oven, it doesn't flop around like other silicone baking pans. It's a little smaller than my one without the metal reinforcements but it's a normal loaf size. It's also pretty and would make a nice gift.

I have been baking bread since I was a preteen when I was helping my Mom in the kitchen. I have used a wide variety of bread pans... and I have eating a wide variety of ways - from Keto, to SAD, to WFPBno. Since I have gone plant based, finding a pan that will not stick to the breads I bake has been a challenge... and I am tired of the parchment paper saga - even with the "crumple it first" hack. Crumpling it never stopped the paper from folding inward into a batter - creating a mess - when pouring in a quick bread into the parchment lined load pan. And even before that - when I baked with oil etc ... the loaf would have it's issues. SO, ... I bought 2 of these "Trudeau Structure Loaf" Pans and I have loved them ever since. No sticking, no stability issues... it is a learning curve with baking time, but that is something I can easily learn and adjust as I go. I LOVE these pans and am thrilled to be done with parchment paper!!!!

I did a lot of research when considering buying silicon loaf pans. These were the only ones I could find that seemed to be real silicon, without fillers. I also really like that they have a metal frame embedded in the pans as other silicon pans I have tried have bowed out of shape when used; these don't: the keep their shape. And not only do they release baked goods without any need to oil or butter the inside of the pans first, they also get clean in the dishwasher. Recommended despite their relatively high cost.

This is very nice, but don't buy it if you think you can bake a regular sized loaf of bread in it. It's designed more for meatloaf or something like zucchini bread. I'm very disappointed! Would really like a silicone bread pan, but just can't seem to find one big enough.

I have a healthy-recipe blog where I post recipes every week, so I do *a lot* of baking. Most of my baked good recipes are low-fat/fat free, and I've found that silicone bakeware is simply the best for lower-fat baked goods, as they pop out of the pan fairly effortlessly. That said, it has to be high-grade silicone. In the past, I've purchased silicone pans from Amazon that felt different and lost their nonstick quality fairly quickly. Trudeau makes the best silicone pans I've found, and this one is no exception. I've been using it for 2 1/2 years now, and it's still going strong. The structure at the top is a *must*, otherwise you have to rest the pan on a sheet pan and it's just annoying to deal with. I have no affiliation with Trudeau, but if you dig this loaf pan, check out their muffin pan. It's my favorite!

I purchased these for my wife who bakes breads for a local deli. She was previously using metal nonstick loaf pans. Since she switched to silicone the loaves of bread have been consistently more appealing to the eye as the do not stick at all! Also so simple to clean, all they really need is a good rinse in hot water and voila! Like new! She absolutely loves them and I will be purchasing more of these as the need arises! Also forgot to mention how sturdy These loaf pans are. I see them lasting for quite some time. And if you have little ones...they cool off rapidly so little fingers are safe when they smell the sweet breads cooling. Thank you Andrew

Habe die Backform bestellt, um Brote zu backen. Die Maße sind mit 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches angegeben. Ok was bedeutet das in cm? Man findet in der Produktbeschreibung folgende Maße: Produktabmessungen 15,5 x 32,5 x 8,1 cm. Achtung!!!! Das stimmt so nicht. Die Backformen sind eben angekommen. Die Maße sind da auch in cm angegeben. 21,6 x 11,4 cm. Da fehlen mehr als 10 cm. Das Produkt hat 5 Sterne verdient. Die Produktbeschreibung 0.

Excelente producto para hornear pan, facilita sacarlo y la orilla de arriba es muy firme y permite moverlo fácil para meterlo y sacarlo del horno !!!

The perfect product for my baking. I bake my own bread for 25 years. I always buy non sticking bread pans. Unfortunately all of them stick immediately or after a short time. Consequently I had to use pergamin paper to prevent sticking. This one, made with silicone, seems to be truly non stick. The metal frame added helps to keep the proper shape of your loafers. Great job.

Estos moldes son de mis favoritos. Se cuecen bien los alimentos, no se pegan y obtienen una forma linda por las dimensiones del molde. Yo los ocupo para hacer pan de caja y panqués y quedan de una medida perfecta. Para lavar no hay ningún inconveniente. Además el diseño es precioso y los encontré a muy buen precio, lástima que subieron al poco tiempo. También son muy fáciles de desmoldar. Definitivamente los volvería a comprar.
