This is a hot and cold water dispenser. Think—hot drinks and cold drinks in a small space. You just flip a switch. It holds up to 5 gallon towers, it is super quiet, the water quality is according to what you purchase. Very functional. Looks great. Very easy to use. I have 1 at home and took 1 for my office. I now miss the one I had upstairs. Ready to buy another one for upstairs. Maybe also the garage.

It dispenses both hot and cold water quickly and reliably. A word of caution: the hot water heats up very fast, so be careful! I’ve used it for everything from instant oatmeal and soup to lattes, and it’s been incredibly convenient. My friends loved it too once they saw how versatile it is. I had been looking for a simple cooler that was a good value and affordable, and yet had the hot and cold functions as well as the choice of using 3 gallon or 5 gallon jugs of water. I got this on prime day and got a great price on it. I have it for a few months and it’s been working perfectly. It’s low profile and is inconspicuous which I like.

Iam very displeased, i followed the directions. However the 3rd day i had it plugged in it started leaking water all over the floor. I was unaware it caused a little pond in my kitchen which ran to the basement and went into wiring causing my house to short out and trip breakers in my breaker box. I was suckered into a cheaper model bc of black friday deals... my recommendation is to don't buy, my unit was a defective unit. If your don't break and leak everywhere then the good notes is that it will fit a large water bottle underneath to deliver water to. The noise level is very quiet, the Buttons are easy to use, and it has the capacity to hold a three gallon or five gallon jugg atop of the machine. It seems very easy to move, it does not weigh a lot.

Overall, this is a pretty good product. Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were actually quite amusing, having been written by someone who is convinced that he knows the English language, but really not so much. The unit looks nice, no issues of leakage or anything else. It is not overly loud. The only gripe is that the cold water is just really not very cold. It is definitely not room temperature, but nobody would mistake it for icewater. It's pretty much just...OK. (The specs have all of the models at the same level, so maybe they are all the same.) I don't know how the hot water is, because I never use it, so I keep it off (and I specifically looked for a model that has controls to separately regulate hot and cold, knowing that I had no use for the hot water anyway). I gave it four stars because I can't point to anything wrong at all, but that one star would have been nice for zesty cold water.

I LOOOOOVE THIS!!! IT HAS MADE IT SOOO MUCH CHEAPER FOR THE WATER DRINKERS IN MY HOUSE!!! But seriously love it real space saver as well super cold water and wateris good temp warm. LOVE IT

The reason I give this a 3★ rating is because I prefer my water ice cold, and the cold water this dispenses is close to room temperature with a slight chill to it. Other water coolers I've used had an easy access temperature knob to set the temperature colder or warmer. This one states it's preset and shouldn't be changed. And I'm not even sure where the temperature setting knob would be for either the cold or hot temperature settings, as this is a hot/cold dispenser, it should have two temperature adjustment knobs. Now the hot water is extremely hot, works great for making instant mashed potatoes or instant Cream of Wheat packet cereals. I use it daily for that purpose, and it works great for instant coffee packets, hot tea, and hot chocolate too. Much quicker than setting up a regular drip coffee pot, it even beats my single serve Keurig type coffee maker which takes almost 5½minutes to brew a pod or refillable/reusable filter pod basket. I can make my coffee (instant packet) in less than a minute using the hot water from this hot/cold water dispenser. I just wish I could get the water on the cold side to be ice cold, I just prefer my water when I drink it to be extremely cold, like I want my water extremely hot if I'm using it for an instant food item or hot drink that would usually require a microwave to accomplish. I like the water dispenser(just wish I'd have purchased the bottom feed one and not a top load), it would have been much easier on me if it was bottom loaded, but the price difference was more than I could afford, so I bought the less expensive unit. The cooler is nice, I do like it and it takes up little area in my dining room area in what would be an unused area due to how the room was designed. So it was the perfect spot for it. I'd recommend the hot/cold water dispenser, like stated, my only complaint is I would prefer my water ice cold, not near room temperature. Other than that, I enjoy having quick and easy access to hot water without having to use my microwave oven, or other appliances to make something quick and easy to eat or drink.
