I wasn’t very happy when all the water poured out of the holes in the bottom because it hadn’t been assembled correctly. Very wet wooden floor. I’ve fixed it by removing the filter and putting the plastic bit in place in the middle and properly fixed under the lips, but I shouldn’t have needed to so disappointed on that bit. Stopped working within 2 hours. Very disappointed

This product works, but has two serious design flaws.1. The filter, which cools the air, is simply a paper based filter, which after a couple of weeks is covered with Black mould and fungus from being wet. This means when you’re running the fan, it will be blowing black mould spores into your face, and this is a health hazard. Causes respitory problems. Especially for those with asthma.2. The bottom of the device is not waterproof. So if you move it in any way, water spills from the inner tray into the bottom of the device and it pours out. The fan was nudged as it sat on my desk. I left for a moment and when I returned water was pouring out the bottom of the fan onto the table and running down into the electric points.Do not but this product. I have had mine for a few weeks and have thrown it away. Thick with mould and water regularly running from the base.

I really had my hopes up for this one.Was pretty satisfied, it did what it was supposed to, but then it broke down after just 2 days of not even continuous use.Will be sending it back soon.

First of all, it took a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered - I thought they might be walking with it!When it eventually arrived it was well packaged with no damage.It works well, I put some ice-cubes into the water compartment to make it cooler in the hot weather. The water does need to be topped up fairly regularly.The fan is not terribly powerful, even though it is noisy, but it cools a small area and is a good trade for being able to sleep when it's too hot.The "instuction book" doesn't give much instruction but I did find it useful for sitting on top of the unit at night to block out the very bright light emitted by the power button!

these are ok so long as it is pointed straight at you from a short distance, very brittle (i broke the fan on one of mine dropping it from a low height) i found the best way to use these was to freeze the filter, no good in a moving vehicle because the water goes everywhere and there are 2 metal prongs that go rusty within a couple of days and stain the filter, these are cheap and and cheerful so you get what you pay for

I got this after a bit of research and in need of something to cool me through the coming summer months! and was quite amazed on the sheer ingenuity of this little cooler! with ice cubes in the water tank after adding water it such a cool blast of air. Had a problem with the water tank overflowing and let the seller know about this so had to return it for a refund. Will buy again after an improvement,

This thing is absolute rubbish. Very weak air flow even at highest setting, air blown out from it isn't even that cool and finally it leaks. Do not purchase this product - really bad quality.

I had used. However the filter got mouldi. Have not used since. Not good

Estoy bastante satisfecha , lo pongo por la noche en mi mesita y es agradable el aire frequito.Solo tengo una pega que el deposito no se puede quedar lleno si no funciona, ya que el agua sale por debajo y te lo pone todo perdido.Mi pregunta es la siguiente , es así o es que algo no funciona. Ahora tengo la precaución de ponerle una bandeja. Por si acaso.

Cuando lo compré imaginaba que enfriaría lo justo y así es. Lo utilizamos conectándolo al portátil y si lo tienes cerca va bien, echándole hielo en vez de agua enfría más.
