Love it
I love almost all of the meals from BP. This Mac and cheese has always been my absolute favorite though. It’s not super flavorful as far as spices, but add some pepper and it perks right up. It heats up quickly and keeps me full all night. I have one in my emergency car bag at all times. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because I do feel they have a slightly new taste and it’s not AS good. I feel like all of their products are fair priced for the value.

Mac and cheese
I keep foods like this in my truck in case of emergency or just a change of pace. Recently I was on my way back from Canada and my truck started having problems. While my truck was at the dealership I was in a hotel room. I had packed several of these pouches of food in the bag I took to the hotel to keep meal expenses down. I was using the coffee maker in the room for the hot water. And I didn't have a measuring cup with me so I was kind of guesstimating the amount of water I put in. The results weren't bad. Granted the water was not at the boiling point so I let the pouch stand a little longer than instructed. I think if the water had been boiling hot the macaroni would have turned out a bit better. But my hotel experience was not bad. The macaroni and cheese was quite good. I may have added a bit too much water because mine was a little bit thinner than I prefer. But don't let my experience keep you from getting this food. Use my experience as a learning experience. I was improvising in a hotel room and still had a great meal. I'm going to get more of this.

Kraft microwaveable Mac & cheese is better then this
On the description said it was freeze dried, so I was expecting a texture and flavor similar to freeze dried Mac and cheese I had before, I followed the instruction and when my friend and I took a bite, keep in mind I used boiling water, the macaroni was still hard, and the cheese didn’t mix well, I did let it sit for 8 minutes first, stirred it quite vigorously since stirring it was enough to melt the cheese and after letting it sit for 7 minutes as per instruction, the Macaroni was still hard, the cheese wasn’t dissolved all the way and it’s SALTY AFFFFFF I’m Asian and I eat a lot of salt and msg in my food but this a different level is salty, it’s SALTY SALTY, I gave the rest of the packs away and just went out and bought Kraft Mac and cheese instead
