Was such a great game. The graphics amd story were pretty good.

I recently purchased this game, and I am very impressed so far. It has just the right amount of jump scares, puzzle solving and combat. If you are a fan of the psychological horror genre, I would recommend this game.

Picking up more than a decade after the original, a man (no spoilers) is murdered by a cult in the town of Bright Falls. FBI agent Saga is investigating the case and soon discovers it intertwining with a missing persons case from 15 years ago: a writer named Alan Wake. The game is atmospheric, suspenseful and intriguing as you hunt for clues to discover how Saga and Wake are connected. The graphics are top-notch, the voice and live action acting are excellent and the game play is awesome. Highly recommend for fans of the genre and certainly if you loved the first game.

This game started off rather slow and wierd, to say the least. After several hours of play, I kinda got into a rhythm (after figuring out how to play the game properly). It's actually far more detailed and complex than I had first expected. To be able to play the game, anywhere close to 100%, you'll need to get some online help. This way you're sure to find most/if not all of the chests etc, etc. The storyline is interesting/if not bizarre and makes for some interesting moments. I'm still playing the game, for the first time, so I may choose to revise my review at a later date, we'll see.

To just Say Alan Wake 2 was different from the first game would be a huge understatement! This was a complete and utter Bonkers Creep Show of a Horror Movie Video Game! You may be Wake for hours after playing it!

This is a review of the game and its presentation, packaging and delivery will not be reviewed except to say that I was satisfied with both. With that said, let's get into it. So for a little over 86 bucks, you get the game with all dlc on the disc. No messing with codes or anything for that, it is all on the disc. Now Alan Wake Remastered IS a dlc code but that is to be expected. Alan Wake Remastered also comes with all dlc included so for anyone that missed this game the first time around, this is the complete package (minus American Nightmare, of course). Alan Wake 2 is very good so far, atmospheric and well paced. Some have called the design "open world" but so far it's more "open level" with expanded environments to explore.

O Jogo é fantástico, um dos melhores da geração e do PlayStation 5, principalmente no PS5 Pro. Sobre a mídia física, ela tem capa reversa do Alex Casey, o game já vem com legendas em Português do Brasil e as duas expansões Night Springs e Lake House, já estão inclusas no disco, o único código de download é o do jogo Alan Wake Remastered que funciona perfeitamente em contas brasileiras.

Ha pasado un año desde el lanzamiento de Alan Wake II, una secuela perfecta que nos transportó a un mundo de horror al nivel de las mas grandes obras de este género, una historia excelente, muy bien contada, que ganó cada premio de Narrativa / storytelling en los eventos que compitió. Excelente gameplay, gráficos de última generación y un diseño sonoro espectacular hacen de Alan Wake II uno de los mejores juegos de los últimos años, pero tenía un detalle, no tenía versión física, hasta ahora. La versión Deluxe contiene un código de Alan Wake remastered, por supuesto el disco de la secuela, cosméticos para los personajes y también incluye las expansiones The Night Springs y The Lake House, que se estrenó junto con esta versión Deluxe. Y justo me gustaría desarrollar mas sobre el ultimo DLC, The Lake House, un contenido que tiene una relación muy directa con otro juego del mismo estudio: Control. Alan Wake y Control conviven en el universo de Remedy, el estudio finlandés lanzó Control en 2019 y se confirmó que estos juegos compartían universo. Después del gran éxito de Control y su expansión que conectaba directamente con los eventos de Alan Wake, el hype por una secuela se disparó y finalmente esta llegó en 2023. Me parece que, para entender y disfrutar al máximo la historia Alan Wake 2 hay que jugar Control, no solo por que haya referencias constantes de este juego sino por que en la última expansión sus tramas y personajes se entrelazan de una forma que no vemos muy comúnmente en los videojuegos. Y es que este universo dará el salto a la pantalla grande próximamente, Remedy y Annapurna han confirmado adaptaciones de Alan Wake y Control, los proyectos ya están en desarrollo y se espera una gran calidad en estas versiones ya que los juegos son conocidos precisamente por su excelente dirección de arte y narrativa. Si eres fan de obras como Twin Peaks, The Twilight Zone, Lost, autores como Stephen King, H.P. Lovecraft, David Lynch y la jugabilidad de Resident Evil o Deadly Premoniton, Alan Wake es un imprescindible en tu colección
