The product labeling is completely contradictory. The front prominently advertises "Magnesium Glycinate 2000 mg", implying it is the dose per tablet. However, the back states the serving size is 2 tablets, cutting that dose in half per pill. ​Worse, the back panel explicitly notes: "Serving Size 2 Tablets (1400 mg)". It is physically impossible for two tablets to weigh 1400 mg total while containing 2000 mg of an active ingredient. The weight of the compound cannot exceed the physical weight of the pill. ​Because of this deceptive marketing and broken math, I cannot trust the actual dosage or quality of this supplement. Look elsewhere for a brand with transparent labeling.

This is going sound very skeptical, So I have a chronic insomnia , I’ve been having magnesium glycinate for few year , some from the UK or directly in India from the pharmacy counter, so I’ve decided trying this for cost saving , I didn’t realize at the beginning , but after few weeks been having a lot of stomach cramps , and daily backache and abdominal pain, not knowing what it it exactly I decided to give it a rest , and it all stops, my pain or ache, discomfort gone. It’s been over 2 months since I completely stop taking it,recently my insomnia hits me hard so I thought I’d give it a try for just one night , the next day my abdominal cramps all hit me back!!! So I don’t know what’s going on, but I’d love to hear others honest review?
