I buy this and take two a day while being on a GLP -1 to make sure I can go. I have no side effects. It has been 100% effective. They are small pill pills so there is no problem with swallowing them.

Unfortunately, these didn't seem to work quite as well as the name brand. Other than that, they seem to be acceptable, so long as you don't mind them being slightly less effective.
