Very good product as per the price not expected that much good but it's awesome,only problem is the quality of the plastic used in it sound is good weight is fine,fit is not that much good but ok battery life good durability ok ok

I purchased Amazon Basics earbuds from Amazon, and I am facing issues with the product. Even after a full charge, the earbuds provide battery backup for only about 30–40 minutes. Additionally, the earbuds become hot while using them, which is concerning. I request you to kindly check this issue and help me with a replacement or warranty claim process.

Few weeks of usage and reached a low points of unexpected Amazon poor quality product though packed and design well. Surprisingly, took me few weeks usage to realise low battery warning is delayed while it stays connected to mobile but doesn't function, I ignored first. Later few months it's unworthy of even functioning as keeps continuing to charge earbuds over to heat up but doesn't cut off charging until drain or buds taken out. Besides, freq disconnect and turn off automatically even on high charge remains. pairing is quick, sound is good, clarity is good too , comfort is average, but above drawback shared disregards everything good about
