Christmas Carols for Solo Guitar: 25 Traditional Songs for the Festive Season

My Christmas season was so hectic I didn't have time to examine this book until this first week of January. Initially when I received it I only briefly glanced at it - the arrangements looked appropriate for my intermediate level and the music and tab was clear and legible. But today when I went to actually play the solos, I saw that my book has many pages missing! I have the first 7 songs up to page 13, then 2 blank pages, then it resumes with songs 20-25 and a bonus arrangement of Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring to page 46. Sadly half the book is missing - that's why I am giving it only one star. I'd update this review if I had a complete copy of the book to evaluate and play from.

I'm a middling-level guitar player; these were near the limit of my playing: not easy. This is fine; I'll stretch.Many of these pieces do not sound like the songs. Maybe they are intended as accompaniment, but I could not even tell how to sing along.
