I ordered this paddle board for my daughter’s birthday in April. We used it once to try it out and everything was fine, so we stored it in our garage in the given bag until the weather warmed up. we were finally able to take it up to the lake to use this summer, and I was shocked when I opened it. First we noticed the lettering on the pump had melted off in a tar-like goo that got all over everything in the bag, including the personal items, and won’t come off. We were going to tough it out until we realized whatever glue used to apply the foam matting on top was oozing out, along with the glue seeping out of the seams on the actual board. We have at least 6 paddle boards and have never experienced this type of deteriorating from simply storing them in our garage. It was upsettingly past the return date by this time and there is no contact information we can find to contact customer service, so I guess we’re out of $200?? I have never seen a quality so poor in our years of paddle boarding. Do not recommend

Received with broken fin so unusable. Looks good, sturdy, inflated well, but the fin is an issue. Would like a replacement vs having to return the whole thing but can’t figure out how to contact seller.
