These things are so dang good, I'm pretty much obsessed. They're great frozen, cold, and room temp. They're satisfying despite appearing small. The cookies are fantastic - great taste, soft and moist, with chewy oats, raisins, and carrot. I normally hate raisins in baked goods (they are generally too squishy), but these raisins have a more pleasing texture. The filling is delicious cream cheese. It borders on excessive, but I love a generous amount of frosting. These are far and above better than the sugar cookies and chocolate chip made by the same company. I can't stop buying them. If you love carrot cake, cream cheese frosting, and sandwich cookies, buy these right now.

Oh, my gosh, these are delicious! What a lovely, sweet treat. They are smaller than I expected, but actually the perfect size. I love carrot cake, and these were divine. So yummy. Moist and fresh, and a great value for the money.

These cakes are good in taste but I find them to sugary. If only they could make them with mess sugar. But it's a good cake with a cup of coffee
