I purchased these two heating pads for neck pain, back pain, and tension relief. I am very happy with the products; I use them every day for my "computer neck." They are pretty heavy, so they feel very comforting on the neck and back. They fit perfectly, covering the clavicle and the bone, which are areas commonly stressed in people who work at a desk. We microwave them for at least 30 minutes. They have no scent, which is very good, and they relieve pain very much. They are very affordable and good quality. They arrived at my doorstep same day, and I am very pleased with how easy they are to use.

This is the best heat wrap I've ever had! It's nice and soft, it confirms to curved body areas very well... It has just enough filling without being stiff. It was hold heat well.

Great product, it has been a blessing at helping me deal with neck issues. Wrap is soft and very comfortable; I just hope the heat lasted a little longer but, it seems as though 15-20 minutes is the standard for microwaveable neck wraps.

I absolutely love it. I love the scent and it is of good quality. The material is soft and the contents are sectioned so the insides don't go over to one side when using, it remains even throughout. It helped when I used it on my neck. Excellent buy, highly suggest.

Very nice neck wrap. Holds heat and gives pain relief. The weight is not too heavy but keeps wrap in place and gives penetrating moisture. Would buy again !

Good item, straps really help to tighten Pad around neck. Recommend times a bit low, feel free to add 20 seconds to max time
