Been using the face cupping set for about about 5 weeks and definitely see some positive result on my face and chin. Face is more plump and chin is firmer. I apply coconut oil then use the smallest cup for forehead and outside the eye area, the second smallest for cheeks and chin area for about 5 minutes before my normal night time skincare routine. twice a week in between my Nuface regime. One down side is that this cupping set is not the cheapest but will save you money in a long run. But overall, I am very happy and highly recommended.

I tried gua sha a few times but didn’t get on well with the process as a whole. I saw someone using these on tiktok and decided to give them a go, personally for me this is much easier on my skin and it feels like it’s doing more for circulation and drainage. The silicone is good quality and I’ve also been enjoying the brush that comes with it as part of my cleansing routine. If you’re looking for an alternative to gua sha I highly recommend trying this!
