e.l.f. Soft Glam Foundation, 35 Medium Cool

I recently tried this foundation, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. I have oily skin, and finding a foundation that stays put without breaking down throughout the day can be a challenge, but this one performs beautifully. The texture is lightweight yet provides buildable coverage, allowing me to achieve both a natural everyday look or a fuller coverage finish. One of the things I appreciate most is how it controls shine without feeling heavy or cakey. Even after several hours of wear, my skin still looks fresh and smooth. Another major plus is that it doesn’t oxidize. The shade I apply in the morning stays true all day long, which is rare in many foundations I’ve used before. It also blurs pores nicely and gives a soft, semi-matte finish that feels comfortable and breathable. Overall, this foundation is a great pick for anyone with oily or combination skin who wants long-lasting coverage without worrying about color changes or excessive shine. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a dependable, everyday foundation that performs well under different conditions. I am giving this 5 stars bc its a great formula! I am at work and its 95 degrees outside and VERY hot in this bakeshop. I have gone outside twice now and SWEAT so much, plus its cery hot inside here... I was worried about my makeup coming off but as you can see it has not. I do use a good setting spray but this foundation is really beautiful. Shade match is spot on, blends in so nicely to the skin. Hydrating, not dry at all. Gives medium coverage thats buildable. Works very well with my other cream and powder products. I am a huge fan of this and will be using it alot this summer. I do use setting spray to lock everything in but this has stayed on my face so well after sweating in 95° heat!! Elf always has great products and i am a huge fan!!

My daughter told me to try this foundation, when I ran out of my usual cc cream. At this price pont, I figured it was worth a try, but honestly, I was quite impressed! Great medium coverage, nice glow. I used the pillow puff sponge to apply. Goes on very smooth over my moisturizer. I got the light neutral & it's a perfect match! Doesn't seem to emphasize small lines, etc. Fragrance-free. Would buy again

Elf have great products and this foundation is a good one. I have seen so many good reviews online raving about it, and I own the previous version that sadly elf is discontinuing. I decided to try it and I have to say I was a bit dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, it is good for every day use, it is really good, but it isn't better than the previous version, the flawless satin foundation (see picture). What I like about it is that it is very lighweight, it feels like you are not wearing anything. It blends super fast and easy. The shade range is phenomenal, you will find your match for sure and mine was perfect for my skintone. It has a beautiful satin finish that makes your skin look healthy. What I dislike is that it has less coverage than what I expected. It says medium but it is not quite there and you can't build it too much because it looks cakey. I have some acnee marks and some discoloration and I have to use a full coverage concealer underneath because they will show thru the foundation and I didn't have this issue with the previous version, that was also medium coverage, but it covered my discoloration and it was buildable. This one also looses in comparison with the previous one in packaging. The old Flawless Satin Foundation came in a frosted glass bottle with a pump which I prefer to this plastic tube. In conclusion, this is a good product at an excellent price point and I believe a lot of people will like it. I will definitely use it but I don't think I will buy it again for the reasons mentioned above. There are other foundations I like more at a comparable price and I will continue to buy the old formula as long as it is available.

Elf products are amazing! I would rate them right up there with high dollar cosmetics. This stuff covers smoothly without leaving dried cracks on my 62 year old face. I am very satisfied with this product. Nice and smooth with a natural look. Not greasy. Great coverage.

I won't buy this again. It is very thick and hard to blend into my face. The coverage is okay. I was disappointed in the shade I chose, my fault I know. But I thought it would be close to my Olay foundation. I looked ghostly when I applied it. Also it is not moisturizing. Rather I feel it is drying. That might be better for oily skin. But for skin over 50 it is not.

This is great foundation! I'm on my third or maybe fourth tube now, and I plan to buy more. True medium coverage, and is buildable for a bit more coverage. Nice finish, especially for mature women (I'm 67) as it's not drying and does not look cakey or settle into fine lines. A winner!

Love this foundation. I've tried many and this has the right amount of pigment, smooth texture and stays on well. It competes with high cost foundations. Matches my skin tone well. Full disclosure, I put on moisturizer and primer prior to applying. That may affect outcome, but even with the other expensive brand I have been using, this goes on smoother and stays longer without the cakey consistency.

Good product

It was expected to be delivered between april 20-22 but it arrived on may 2nd. I waited patiently. I thought i would never order this again but when i used it it blends well into my skin texture. I love its satin look. I dunno for those who said that it sits on wrinkles in my case i am 46 i keep my face hydrated and peel it once or 2x a year so it works for me as the skin doesn’t have dead skin anymore.

Really good product. It is really smooth and dewy for dry skin. I wore it on a hot day outdoors and on a rainy evening when ny skin was sensitive, but the make up remained exactly the same throughout the function.

I bought this product and others from the same brand, but unfortunately I have had an allergic reaction at home with lots of red spots. It's been a month and they still haven't gone away. I cannot recommend it.
