Excellent product – highly efficient and very cost-effective. I purchased it for my son to print his books, and it performs wonderfully. Setup took me a little time since I’m not very tech-savvy, but once connected, it has been working perfectly.

It might print nicely, but setting it up felt like an escape room designed by someone who hates joy. I’m tech‑savvy, yet this thing had me questioning my life choices. Four hours later and the scanner still refuses to acknowledge my existence. Why, Canon, why? And if you’re on a Mac, just run. Their website looks like it was assembled by throwing 1,000 printer models into a blender and hoping for the best.

Well I use home internet in Abu Dhabi Du 5G. It did not connect. Then bought a router for 2.4GHZ it did not work. I spent several days and many hours and even Chatgpt 5.2 go mad. It did not work and it should not be so hard. And I still dont understand who uses CD for installation.

This printer had driven me mad! I have major IT issues and I live with an IT engineer who can’t be bothered with it because it’s a ball ache. Spend a little extra and you’ll have fewer stresses in life. Double sided printing- you need to flip it over. The quality isn’t as described, but that doesn’t bother me as it’s just for personal docs and homework. The ink life is good. It drops off the WiFi. I’m constantly reconfiguring it. And I’m tempted to putting it in the bin! I’ve never bought a product so utterly useless.

Llevo con ella desde el mes de abril y funciona perfectamente ( falta cable que une impresora con ordenador,hay que comprarlo aparte , yo tenía el antiguo, así que no me hizo falta ) yo la utilizo para el ordenador, por eso los comentarios de programas o móvil ,etc me daban igual si funcionaban o no ,ya que todo mi interés era hacerla funcionar desde el ordenador y estoy muy contento con esta impresora, tenía una canon antigua de cartuchos que salían caros para pocas fotocopias ,ahora hago las que quiero sin preocuparme de la tinta ,ya que dura mucho; también leí en comentarios que se les había secado la tinta de los circuitos ,a mí no me ha pasado y aún dejándola sin usar durante un mes ,eso sí puede que sea porque le compré una funda para evitar eso y parece ser que evita que la tinta se seque . Las fotocopias las hace con una calidad bastante aceptable,mi canon anterior las hacía aún mejor ,pero para mí me es más que suficiente,las copias tanto el color como en blanco y negro salen muy nítidas ,bonitas , claras y escanea a la perfección. Yo aconsejo comprarla por calidad y precio .Sin ninguna duda la volvería ha comprar.
