Allmax AA Maximum Power Lithium Batteries (12 Count) – 1.5V

I purchased these batteries in Oct. 2025. I was initially disappointed in the longevity when used in trail cameras I use for security at a remote location. I have found, however, that they are phenomenal in one application. That is powering my Oster dog nail grinder. It eats batteries and I have used the best rated aa cells. These batteries make it run faster and have outlasted what would have been three sets of any other brand I have used. They are still working. I am probably at 20 grinding sessions on two standard poodles. Previous batteries would not produce enough power for effective grinding between six to ten uses. I don't understand the reason they performed poorly on my cameras, but they outperform in other applications.

I put 8 brand new AA into one of my trail cameras for my uncle. He was having trouble with a neighbor’s dog digging holes in his yard. He brought it back to me last week saying that after checking the card one time he couldn’t get the camera to turn on again. I tested all the batteries a short time ago and they were all dead! The card had 32 pictures on it. I bought these because they were supposed to be as good as or better than the Energizer Lithiums. So far not my experience at all! I get thousands of pix with the Energizers, 32 isn’t going to cut it. Well the seller reached out to me after this review and wanted to make it right. I’m all for companies with excellent customer service and it appears that this is one of them. Could’ve just ignored the 1 star review but they didn’t. I was offered a full refund and another set of batteries to try. We shall see what happens. I’ve bumped them to a 4 star for that alone and will be more than willing to give them 5 once I see the longevity on the cameras I have in the woods now.

These all worked good. Is now 2026, the batteries say best used by May 2045. 19 year shelf life! LOL

Great quality

Much more reasonable than Duracell or Energizer batteries. I’ve ordered them a number of times and I feel they work just as well and as long as the more expensive batteries.

I was impressed with the batteries initially. But time would prove they're no better -- and possibly worse -- than any other typical name-brand battery. Overall, the reviews are good. And I bought these batteries believing they'd be a long-lasting option for my Eufy smart deadbolts. Unfortunately, they are not. They haven't lasted more than six months. And the deadbolts are typically only activated 4 to 6 times a day. The batteries have been stored and used in typical, climate controlled conditions. They do seem to have plenty of power initially. But given their cost, and how long they last, I can't recommend these, and find them a poor value for the money. I'm switching to Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable batteries. I CAN recommend those and use them in nearly every other battery-operated device in our home.

These batteries do not last long at long. Very disappointed. I would not recommend them.

Ottime batterie, peccato che non si trovano più.

Although more expensive than ordinary alkaline batteries, these lithium ones perform better and are competitively priced. I expect that I will buy again next time they are on sale. The AAA version is equally good too.
